Well, I didn't lose them, but they went kaput all of a sudden. Sure, I had warnings, but having no knowledge about what they sound like days before, and thinking they were just wet from the rain and going through puddles, I kept driving till I couldn't anymore. It was a scary experience, y'all! The next morning, I called several shops in the area. I was hesitant because I've been burnt badly!! I almost didn't call them because like many, I was under the impression that they were a tire store. But I soon found out that the "plus" stood for full services. Tires Plus Sawgrass not only beat everyone's estimate, but they gave me a same-day appointment which others would not do. Now, before you assume they were dead--they weren't! They were fully staffed and the customers flowed all day into the evening! Everyone I encountered (and observed) are professional and most of all, genuinely caring and willing to go the extra mile, pun intended, to help their customers get quality service at the lowest competitive cost. They also offer a drive now, pay later option for your auto service and tires through their Tires Plus Credit Card and the Tires Plus Mastercard which I completed digitally and took less than three minutes. Having been a victim of fraud, I also felt peace of mind that my personal data was kept entirely confidential--between me and the company only. DO NOT GO HERE!! I came into Tires Plus in Plantation because I had a nail in my tire and simply wanted it repaired. I was told it could not be fixed and was pressured into buying a brand new tire for $305. Thankfully, I had sent a photo to my husband, who told me there was no reason it couldn't be patched and asked me to bring the tire home. Sure enough, I took the SAME tire (only 4 months old!) to another shop, and they repaired it for $12. The nail had barely gone through -- it was absolutely fixable. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. This is a deceptive and unethical business practice. I essentially paid $305 for something I didn't need. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager, I was told they weren't available and no contact information could be provided. Very disappointing experience. After several frustrating months of trying to get my screeching brakes fixed at this Tires Plus location, I called corporate multiple times over several weeks. After escalating my issue four times, I finally received a call back from the district manager. Unfortunately, this came far too late and did little to resolve my dissatisfaction. The district manager didn't even follow up to see how the solution had gone and showed little care or interest in the first place. I was eventually told by the local store that they would replace the parts with OEM parts. However, when I called to confirm, the General Manager (GM) was rude and dismissive, telling me, "With all due respect, you need to call back on Wednesday and speak with Chadwick." Chadwick genuinely tries to help, but the GM's attitude ruins the experience. I've witnessed the GM dismissing other customers in-store and now experienced it myself over the phone. When I finally reached Chadwick, he informed me that the GM had instructed him to refund my money and not work on my vehicle any longer, despite their earlier promise to use OEM parts. The GM here prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against using this Tires Plus location. I am closing my Tires Plus credit card and will return to the dealership for my automotive needs. This Tires Plus can't handle even the most basic repairs. read more

So, this is a nice store but sometimes they have stupid answers and do not cater to cars that are a bit older. Most cars built before 2014 require grease/lube for the suspension. This is usually done when an oil change is done. Also they need to have dye available at all times for leak testing and working AC and Smoke test machines available at all times. This is basic. This shop does not have a working grease gun and it has been that way for quite some time! AND often they are lacking basic diagnostic supplies. I have seen managers come and go at this shop and NOW with a new manager in place I only hope they get their act together. A grease gun, dye for an Engine block test and dye for a AC leak test are basic tools that every shup must have available as an example. This is the absolute biggest scam in the automotive business. Really i cant believe anyone still gets work done there. They not only rip people off, their employees steal, iots a fact, there are tons of cases posted online saying items were missing after they had service done. I moved to Pines and tried their business because i needed oil change and the crooks damaged my vehicle and then refused to pay for it. Whats worse i had item missing too when i picked up vehicle. I didnt even care about the missing item, if you need to steal something of such low value, you need it more than I, but I was truly shicked when they damaged a $200 part during oil change and then tried to cover it up. I schedule an appointment to get 4 new tires on 2/14/2025 @ tire plus sawgrass location for 2/17/2015. Pick out the tires online while scheduling the Appointment. Appointment is confirmed on 2/14/2025. On there Monday morning early only to find out the tires would not be avaliable until Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Upon hearing the tires are not available today, I said I had made an appointment and it was confirmed. When I asked why the appointment was confirmed the service manager boldly States he did not confirm the appointment. ​He then preceeded to provide other more expensive options to the toyos i had picked out. Or suggested no name brands. Finally suggesting kumho which i guess were available but my truck would not be ready until 4pm. Good thing I made 8am appointment. Why confirm an appointment knowing the tires would not be available? Glad the service manager took no responsibility. I guess it is ok to inconvenience some one with a useless confirmation. It was helpful in giving me a discount on my tires and he also pointed out that an additional tire needed to be replaced while I was in the waiting area to ensure I had a safe vehicle to drive. I felt comfortable in my purchase decision and not pressured like many places a can make you feel. if you need to get your tires replaced Rebel is the man and this is definitely a great place to do business. Horrible experience all from one single person Ranell -the manager. I was initially told the car would be ready at Noon. Then that turned to 4pm. Then that turned to 5pm. When I picked up my car the replace of the started was done but then I had another problem. The car was shaking significantly which was an entirely different problem and they won't be able to repair this until 1/1/2024. As if that wasn't enough --I was quoted $516 for the work and told that if I signed up for the credit card he would take $40 off the total bill. He took $40 off an entirely different number. He's math was foreign to me. Something so simple turned out to be a huge headache and very unpleasant. I would not recommend this place or at least not while Ranell is there. read more

Recently had the pleasure of having services done at the sawgrass location. This shop is always so nice and helpful. Have used this location for years since the original Nick, the second Nick now in Boca days and now Renel. Prices go up over the years but quality and value and the fact that a business stands behind its work brings customers back and has them as staying customers. On this day I had an oil change, the service was performed as well as them reviewing any current and future services I could anticipate. Highly recommended. I bought tire at the Flamingo Rd location, and 2 years later one tire went bald on the inside. They honored the warranty and I got a prorated discount to get the new tire on. Horrible experience!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! July 18, 2020, 4 Continental tires we purchased from Tire plus Sunrise location. A road hazard protection was added to the purchase for $10,99 each tire a total of $43.96. At the time of tire replacement, nothing was mentioned to me about the hazard protection other than I would need it in the event of some mishaps. Feb 19, 2024, my front driver tire is not holding pressure, called Tire plus to schedule a service, only to be told that I will be charged for the service due to my hazard protection has expired after 3 years. I explained to the store manager that I was not told about a 3-year window and my tire have less than 8K miles since installation, my tire has a bulge on the outside wall and it keeps losing pressure, it should be covered under the original manufacturer 50K warranty. Furthermore, the 3 years window policy is not mentioned in my contract. He restated that there is nothing he can do for me and it didn't matter weather or not the policy is in writing, then he hung the phone and terminated the conversation. I contacted their corporate office to complain, only to be told the area manager will get back to me within 48 hours. As of today, 2024, at 4:00 PM, no one has made an effort to contact me to resolve my issue, and I am still unable to use my car due to the flat tire. It is absolutely wrong for a business to sell product with a hidden agenda only for the customer to be surprised when hazard protection is needed with their false sales pitch. The 3 years window not only should have been explained to me, but it must be listed on my written contract. I expect this outfit to honor the road hazard warranty and to repair and or replace my tire free of charge due to their negligent of not declaring their policy. Having my vehicle sitting in my driveway for 2 days with a flat tire is totally unacceptable. Their store manager poor and substandard attitude is not justifiable, and an apology should be in order. Been a very loyal Tires Plus customer for years, but not anymore. My a/c stopped blowing cold. Went in and they could not find a Freon leak and refilled it along with dye for over $200 and told me to bring it back when it started blowing hot. Did as they said and they still could not find the leak. They refilled it and told me to bring it back the next day. Did so and after about 3 hours, they told me I would need a new evaporator and I would need to leave the car for a few days. Made arrangements and dropped the car off. Picked up the car on a Saturday, paid an almost $1400 bill, and went to leave only to discover that somehow my backup camera was malfunctioning (only blue screen showing on the dash) and they got what I thought was grease on my driver's seat. The mechanic admitted that he saw it malfunctioning but it came on eventually, yet failed to say anything. He tried at one point to "fix" the camera by banging on my rear hatch door! And it turns out the grease is actually mildew that has come up on both front seats now probably from blowing hit steamy air on them in a dark garage. They were supposed to call me the following week to follow up on the camera issue and never did. I called them a few times and was basically told they weren't doing anything. I called their corporate number and the area manager was supposed to call me within 2 business days. That never happened so I called back and the district manager was supposed to call me within 2 business days. Guess what?! That never happened so the regional manager was supposed to call me within 2 business days. Still waiting on that one too. In the interim, the repair failed and my a/c has been blowing steaming hot air again for the past 2 weeks to the point that it has now made me ill. Probably breathing in all that Freon was not a good thing either. I guess it's time to take legal action since there has never been a response on any level. I did get a phone number for the head of the Company. Voicemail message simply states this is the President. Leave a message. I did twice. Same results. The last time I was in for an oil change and tire rotation (tires bought at this location) someone lost the locking lug nut key. The store manager Nick fed me a line of bull about replacing the locking lun nuts and key and they would have to be ordered because they were out of stock. Well four weeks in a row I called Nick and was told four different lies about the replacements. Today I go in for an oil change and another tire rotation and Nick leaves the sales area once he figured out who I was. So Scott rights up the work order and asked me for the lug nut key and I tell him they lost it last time. They change the oil and I ask Scott three times are they going to be able to rotate the tires and I never could understand his answer. So no they didn't rotate the tires even though they added it to the receipt like it was completed. NEVER GO THERE! THESE GUYS ARE A RIP OFF!!! read more

Someone always greets me as I walk in, even if they can't help me right away, and they are always honest and upfront. This is a very good store! Actually this is one of the best Tires plus locations I have ever used and I use them all the time! Nick, the GM, does a great job at making sure everything gets done right! However, corporate needs to make some changes in operations and policy moving forward! First of all, the person in charge of operations needs to do a better job and staffing this store. #1 they need more desk help! #2 they need more qualified master Mechanics #3 There needs to be a corporate policy put in place that allows customer appointments to be put ahead of everybody else AND a qualified mechanic must do the repair work that is assigned to them by the GM- no questions asked! Tires plus, in general, is more expensive than almost any other corporate run store- for mechanical repairs anyway! I find them to be more expensive than the dealers in some cases for repairs- although they have the best prices for tires and related tire work like alignments! Their hourly rate for mechanical repairs is certainly higher than Pep Boys, Tuffy's and Sears as an example! If, as a corporation, Tires Plus wants to continue to charge these premium prices, they need to use premium parts ONLY- with lifetime warranty's on the parts and extended warranty's on the labor. At the very least there needs to be a corporate policy put in place for price matching on ALL repairs! read more

I just visited this store the other day and had a nail in the tread of my tire. I wasn't sure how far it went in because my psi levels didn't change but one of the guys at the counter came outside and sprayed some soap water to see if I had air leaks first before bringing it in and helped to extract the nail out and check for any air leaks after the fact. I was good to go as the nail didn't puncture the tire. Great job! Very courteous and assessed the tire first. I was very pleased with the customer service. read more

Have used Tires Plus on and off for a long time. Recent service included new tires and a coolant leak repair. The shop was fair on pricing however they used an aftermarket thermostat which triggered a check engine light. They stepped up to correct the problem at no charge. As with any service, know what you need, do your homework, get estimates from other reputable auto repair shops. They need to "pick up the pace" on the service times. I noticed lots of chit chat and smart phone use in the garage. There appears to be no sense of urgency from all of the mechanics. I'm certainly not a mechanic, however, I work in customer service and understand the concept of getting things done efficiently. read more

With 5 cars in our immediate family, it seems like we buy tires more often than milk! Over the decades I've had tires delivered from online discount mail order places, gone to the dealership when they had BIG tire sales, tried every corporate store and can say I'm consistently pleased and return to TiresPlus in Sunrise near Sawgrass Mall. My newest SUV needed replacement tires from the factory softies, it was time, 30K. Original (factory) tires are designed to wear out early and they were true to form. I did my usual due diligence and called the usual tire places (Sam's Club, Mavis, Tire Kingdom, Pep Boys, Walmart and 1 Mom and Pop tire store) Honestly prices are relatively similar at first glance. BUT it is always good to ask if there are any sales, promotions or discounts being offered after being given the initial price. Being semi-retired I have the time to call all these places and get full specs and info before making an $800 decision. As usual Tires Plus got my business and I was pleased, yet again. Service dude Scott was awesome. No B.S. No lies. No upselling me. No false promises as when it would be ready, and he made true on all his promises. The discount he offered on the phone (to get me into the store) he delivered on. After the new tires were installed the lug nut wheel lock key was replaced exactly where it came from (always wise to check BEFORE leaving the store that the wheel lock key is back in your possession.) I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM, was told it would take 90+ minutes, so I walked around the Mall came back in 90 minutes and car was waiting for me, ready to go. How often does that happen? I learned 30 years ago the importance of safe tires and not putting your family at risk driving on worn or near-bald tires. With the team of Scott & his co-workers at Tires Plus we are in good hands. I'm sure in the next 2-3 months one of my kids' cars will need (yet again) new tires and back to TiresPlus we go. My car rides great, I'm pleased with the performance, pricing, service and professionalism. read more
