Expect a long wait! Even with an appointment. I called 8am, to schedule an appt.,they stated they had 1 @11am. I booked the 11 0clock appt. I arrived right at 11 and checked in. I was told it will be ready i 1 and a half hours. I went to Braums to kill time and had a burger. Came back,took a nap,woke up and my car still hasnt been started on.... Total time 2 1/2 to complete. I think they can do better, considering there were only myself and another customer in the lobby. And a customer walked in and he got his 1 tire changed faster than my 2 tires. WTF read more

I have been coming here for oil changes for several years. Old management was customer and staff friendly and always had the appointments on time and done in a timely manner. When the previous manager retired, a new management took over. When I receive services, I always wait in the lobby. Unfortunately, there have been several times that the new manager has been yelling at the computer, customers, and the staff so loud to where the customers can hear. I got a tire replaced. They upsold a battery and wipers. I was told the battery was in stock, I was sitting waiting for 1 hour before overheating the battery was on its way in 5mins. I ask the old battery be put back in because I had to drive 2.5hrs. Be honest with your customers! And guess what after 5 mins the new battery was not there. read more

Went to tires plus at suggestions of a family member. We had been to other places looking for a set of 4 tires and felt like we could not trust them. Told them we did not want cheapest nor most expensive, but a good all around tire. Did not try to up-sell, and even told us to wait a few days and would be on sale. Front ladies are nice and soft spoken but the guy is an ass. I went for alignment and I bought tire with them and even with rotation every 3k miles my inner thread is wearing out and they say alignment issue. Never thought I'd want to give someone 5 stars for taking $1,000 of my money, but hey, great service demands a shoutout. I called to see about getting 4 new tires put on my Explorer. The guy I spoke with (Jimmy) was straightforward, understood my needs, and didn't hesitate to match a lower price from another local retailer. He offered to get it taken care of right away if I was free (which I was). Drove up, greeted promptly. Gave me the price we discussed, took them the usual amount of time to get them put on, and I was on my way. Additionally, the waiting room was clean, organized, and even more importantly, the bathroom was spotless. I'm a fan, and glad I didn't read all these reviews before I went in. I think many of them are from people who don't understand what goes in to repairing tires, as this seems to be the reason for the 1 stars. Give 'em a try. I'm satisfied, and wish more businesses had customer service like this place. Good job! read more

I had new brakes installed, an oil change, battery replaced, and two tires patched. Very satisfied with the speed and quality of the work performed but that's where the satisfaction ended. When I picked my truck up on a Friday afternoon, Dan was the individual conducting the transaction. He didn't seem confident with how the system worked. I inserted my credit card and transaction of $807.42 showed "approved". Immediately, Dan told me that was the incorrect amount and that he had "cancelled" that transaction. I asked if it was truly cancelled because of the "approved" message on the screen. He assured me it was and then we conducted another transaction for the amount of $887.42, which was also "approved" When I checked the bank account, I saw that I had been charged twice- once for $807.52 and once for $887.52. I called the store, talked with Dan, and was assured that it was a pending charge and that it "wouldn't go through". Mind you, the additional amount of $807.52 was deducted from the account. Talked to Dan on Saturday and was told it (the "cancelled" transaction) wouldn't credit back until "the next business day". Long story short- it is now 8 days later and I'm still out the additional charge of $807.42. I have made numerous calls and visits with no resolution. The store manager, Doug Turner did apologize but offered little other than promise me a call from Shawn Smith, the Area Manager. As of the time of this review, neither Shawn, nor the Regional Manager, Ed Smith, have bothered to contact me. This seems like a rather apathetic approach from the store, area, and regional management. Tyler (who I spoke to yesterday) was very understanding and tried to get some resolution from his boss, Doug but was told by Doug to "have them check back on Monday". Bottom line: I paid $1695.04 for $887.52 worth of work. Currently disputing the charges with the bank, who initially told us we should "try and work it out with the store" (not very sound advice, there....). Needed a tire repair. Have been there before without an appointment and waited approximately 3 hours so made an appointment this time. When I arrived was told that there were several ahead of me who also had the same "appointment" time and it would be quite awhile before they would get to my car Asked if that meant 3 hours. They wouldn't even give an estimate . So what is the point of an appointment? Got mad and left. Went to dealership without appointment. Was in and out in less than an hour. Will not go back. Similar to another reviewer, I took my car in today because the tire low pressure indicator came on. Same line of questioning that it seems like other people have gotten started with me. They asked, "how low was the tire pressure? Do you have run flat tires? Have you fixed it before... because we can only fix them twice?" I said, yes, I've had a nail once before but don't remember which tire. They informed me it was the same tire, which is by the way impossible to know because they didn't look at my car. The tires have been rotated, so simply saying the driver rear tire is not always the same tire. Regardless, they said they couldn't repair it, but were quick to say that they could sell me a new set of run flat tires for $285 per tire! And, they'd have them overnighted from California. No thanks! Instead, I went down the road to another repair shop. My $18 repair is being patched up right now as I write this review. NEVER again will I go to this scam artist shop. read more

Don't take your car here. I have given them chance after chance but I am convinced this is how they operate. I had a large order to purchase 2 new tires, fix a slow leak in my right rear and a new tire pressure sensor in the left rear. Motormound replaced, new wiper blades & a oil change and their full vehicle inspection that was on sale for 10.00 or so. They were happy to have me agree to the $1000.00 pricing for all the repairs. I leave feeling like I did well for myself and vehicle. In 2 days I have the same sensors come back on. Call them to bring my vehicle back. I do and they explain that they really did change sensor and fix my leaks I just needed to have them programmed. I allow them to do this in the parking lot and then asked an elderly worker Larry if I could get pricing for my tail light to be replaced. I mentioned I already purchased a blub if that helps with the cost. He replies we don't put parts on cars we don't sell. I thought ok fair enough but was still interested in the pricing as I wanted my car to be to par... he then turns his back and says you wouldn't take eggs to a restaurant and ask them to cook them would you... very condescendingly. I took offense, gathered myself and expressed how i didnt deserve the comment and he apologized. I did tell management that I felt after spending $1000.00 & having to come back on a Saturday morning to complete something that should of been done the first time that didn't deserve the treatment. I conveyed that i was not confident they really did work they said because it was the same 2 tires that needed repairs showing issues. He pleaded with me not to do a review and not take my business elsewhere and have a credit given that I declined and responded I only want you to do what I paid you to do. I left upset that I allowed them my business. To come up this week to take my family to the lake to only get on the road to a tire pressure sensor and 27% oil life left. I called them to confirm that my oil life auto updates... They agreed that my vehicle is one that does as I knew already. No explanation other than you can bring it back and we will change your oil.. NO THANK YOU TIRES PLUS! 3 weekend in a row to have the same services done that I PAID for that wasn't done. I did these repairs to be safe and maintain my vehicle.. their work put both at risk. read more

I setup an appointment online for the tires that I wanted. They are for my disabled mother's car. I put them on my tires plus cc for her. She went in and got the tires replaced. A few days later I was walking by her car and noticed that they hadn't put on the Bridgestone tires that I had requested and researched, but instead put on some economy Primewell tires. She had no idea about why they did this. She called and asked them why they didn't put on what we had ordered. The guy she spoke to did not have an answer. He did tell her that they wouldn't do anything about it. They said that they didn't charge us for the more expensive tires! That's not the point.... I ordered tires that I had used on other cars, are reviewed much higher, and have a longer warranty than what they put on. This is the second set of tires for different vehicles from there in a month, but it will be the last. I will also be canceling my tires plus credit card. read more

LADIES! Beware! Avoid like the plague! My husband & I have used this place for years for all kinds of tire needs. I stopped in because my tire indicator light came on the other morning. I just wanted to see if one or more of my tires needed air or if I picked up a nail or something. I was immediately put on edge with a worst case scenario ..."if the pressure in run-flat tires falls below 15lbs. they need to be replaced, that's what's bad about run-flats. Have you made plans to leave the car for the day?" No one had even looked at my tires yet! Dude? My tire indicator light just came on. And I was also informed "run-flat tires are very expensive". Nothing else was wrong with my vehicle, everything worked. My tire pressure on my dash read all pressure before the installation. There is a old woman who works there, very rude! She comes out to tell me one of my sensor's was found rolling around inside my tire and it need to be replaced! I'm like, "my sensor's are not old." Um... that doesn't make sense....she asked me if I wanted it replaced. "Well yes!" Got my car back, tire pressure not reading on my dashboard! It was before the replaced the tires. I figured, I'll drive it maybe they'll read! Nope! Called them, took my car back! Could not figure out why not showing up on my dashboard! This is a great place for an oil change but I wouldn't recommend buying tires from them. I bought a full set of really good 55,000 mile tires I think it was with a road hazard warranty on each tire. When I needed a tire fixed they said I didn't have a warrant so they let me pay for another warranty because I had just bought the tires a few months prior. The same tire they said they replaced started having problems and needed repaired again about six months later. I took the car in to have the tire fixed again and they said I only had a warranty on the one tire! I give up on this place and I will just stick with going to the dealership from now on. -Update- I talked to Tyler about the situation and he straightened out the problem. The new gal obviously didn't know what she was looking at on the account. Dishonest. Got the distinct impression I was overcharged and lied too. I Went in because my battery light came on, car was working perfectly fine before I brought it in. I was told they had to jump it to get it started....I think they saw the cover was off and assumed I jumped it. After paying $300, my battery light is still on, and now my check engine light came on. Went into N. Rock Rd. location of Tires Plus today (12-30-2017) to get my tire pressure checked in my wife's car, because her TPMS light was on. I walked in as I always do, having purchased 2 sets of tires, batteries, full replacement brake job and numerous other services they provide. I was very surprised that the first question out of one of the managers was "did you buy the tires here?" I let him know I was unsure. The manager on duty let me know that if I hadn't bought my tires there, he would print out a ticket for a $10 cost because of the tempeture outside was 10degrees. This was our first, and last experience with this auto repair location!!! Recently, our son was given an estimate of almost $1200 for repairs needed after hitting a curb (new wheel, steering knuckles, struts, alignment, tires, etc). The next day, we got another estimate at a nearby store, and were told it would only need a new wheel and an alignment for $190!!!!! That's a savings of nearly $1000!!! They did suggest he get a few new tires when he's able to, but even a full set would only run about $330, so their price was still much better than Tires Plus, and the car is running perfectly....evidence that the repairs they say we needed, he actually didn't need!! In today's economy, no one can afford this kind of ripoff, and I'm letting all my friends and family know to avoid Tires Plus because of what they tried to pull on my son!!! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! read more
