Make sure you ask them if they have the air filter (or any part) in stock before agreeing to anything. I was there for an oil change and they checked with my fleet department about an air filter. Long story short, it took them forever to tell me that the air filter needed to be ordered and a 20 minute oil change ended up taking almost two hours. I have better things to do than hang out at Jiffy Lube while some delivery person is picking up parts and dropping them off to Jiffy Lube locations around town. The dudes that work there were nice and apologetic. But I would never have said okay to an air filter if the wait time for a one minute install was an hour. read more

My son came in for an oil change and left with a charge of items "needed" on his vehicle in the amount of $546.98. Some of the items had just been completed by our trusted mechanic when we had the vehicle checked out prior to him leaving for school. This station saw a young kid coming and scared them into having unnecessary work completed. If I could give a negative amount of stars to someone for being unethical, I would. This is exactly the practice that give auto mechanics everywhere a bad name. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a customer since 2011 from Florida to Maryland to Louisiana to here. Never once complained. Went in for an oil change and left with a shaky car. I was convinced they didn't do anything wrong to my vehicle and assumed it was an engine problem. The next day went to Toyota services and was told after 2 hours of service the only issue was that the left front wheel lug nuts were so loose that my tire could fall out. I clearly remember jiffy lube touching my from left wheel that they even parked my vehicle on the right side that says "brakes and tires" vice the open garage for oil change where I parked it. Toyota told me to confront Jiffy lube because they last serviced my vehicle. Before I could get a sentence out the guy who helped me the day before in jiffy lube was defensive stating he never touched my tire when in fact he did. They were so focused on my request for a refund they were not realizing that two individuals just put someone's life on the line. When someone dies after visiting this jiffy lube don't say I didn't warn you. The family of the deceased will look at this review and hopefully they close down this mutiny of a shop. $130 for an oil change AFTER a $60 credit. The dude said I needed a new air filter and it would be $35, so I said ok. I told the cashier I have never paid this much for an oil change. I paid and didn't even look at the invoice. When I got home, I noticed they charged me $75 for the filter! Smh! Just crazy! I will make sure to not wait until the last minute to get my oil changed, so I don't have to go to a place like this! read more

My BF went here for an oil change. That was it, just an oil change. he gets it done religiously and knew it didnt need anything else. He asked the price and wasnt given a clear answer until they had the pick-up pulled in with the hood up. First they said okay 59.00 but at the end it was 90.00. He argued about the price going up so they settled for 69.00. They said it needed a new air filter, which he knew it didnt. It was replaced during the last oil change. He had to put his foot down about them not changing it. Long story short, they will get as much money out of you as they can.If your anything like us we dont have money to just throw around. $117 for an oil change and now my engine light is on....I know what jiffy means and now I understand the lube part of their name. Update They failed to hook up my air filter properly when they went fishing for a way to jack the bill up. This tripped the mass air flow sensor $140, into throwing a code. Another $80 to have a REAL MECHANIC diagnose it. More lube please! read more

Our son was traveling through Wichita on his way to a new job and decided to get an oil change. The employees here told him that he desperately needed to change the transmission oil and get front brakes. Since he was hard pressed to get to his new job he elected to wait on that work. When he got to Texas he had Firestone look at his brakes. Firestone said that his front brakes were great and there was no need to change the transmission fluid. Obviously, this Jiffy Lube was trying to rip him off. My husband called and spoke to the manager who didn't seem to concerned. When pressed about what he'd do about it the manager said he'd talk to the employee. When pressed further, the manager said the employee might even get written up. It would appear that there's quite a racket going on here. read more

If I could give someplace 0 stars this one wins that award! They may be super quick but just because they think I don't know cars doesn't mean they can slide one by me. First time I went in here was to get an oil change they told me my belt was bad, I said I would just have my husband replace it, when I knew it was normal ware and tare, in addition another shop told me right after that visit I have PLENTY of time before I have to replace that belt. Then I went in again for another oil change, they pretended like they were in shock I didn't replace my belt and then I flat out said, I DON'T CAR, I am selling the car. They were instantly willing to buy the car, after telling me how terrible condition the car is in, and then insulted the car with a worst offer then a dealership had to offer. I told them no, ended up selling the car more than double their offer. Next time I wanted to get an oil change I chose not to go here, went to another shop and was stuck going back to them because of how they tightened the cap for the oil change. The other shop was unable to get it off to do the oil change. I was so annoyed. Don't go here, don't waste your time here, don't even think to consider it.... Find a more reputable place to go like Firestone on N Greenwich. read more

Our total Jiffy Lube experience was great! A definite 10/10. We went to the location at 6025 E. 21st Street in Wichita. Terry - "one of the managers" as he refers to himself, is actually a Corporate Manager - anyway, he treated us super! Offered us cold, bottled water, great conversation, and a discount, I might add! If you are looking for a new shop, go see Terry and tell him the "Lady in the Lawnchair" sent you!! He'll remember me, I guarantee it!! LOL read more

F'ing Thieves!!!!!!! Stay away, go somewhere else, don't make the mistake of taking your car to these guys. $60 for a cabin air filter. Thats a $7.50 item at the Autozone. When they were done the handed me a bill for almost $170 for an oil change. I didn't pay it. Told them I'd pay they listed price for and oil change and nothing more. What crooks. What an idiot i was for evening pulling in the drive. read more

$120 for an oil change? Sloppiest work I have ever seen. I have had my vehicle for 7 years and over 20 oil changes. I get up in the morning to find oil on my garage floor. I open the hood and oil is EVERYWHERE!. Looks like they pulled the filter before draining the oil?? I never had oil in my garage and I pressure wash my engine on occasion, so it is clean. This looks like they just poured oil everywhere. I will never go there again. SLOPPY, SLOPPY, SLOPPY. Not to mention a huge stain in my garage now. Have taken our car here but NEVER again. Oil changed in January. Noticed leaking so took it back to them. Said it was oil pan and couldn't do anything. Never had problems with oil pan prior to this. Left oil cap off & rag on engine too. Also said we needed new brakes on the front. Took it home to check & NOT needed. Contacted customer service thru website & no response. read more
