After scanning my voucher, the manager (Cade) refused to perform the oil change, citing a gasket leak. However, because he had already scanned the code, he "spent" my money. When I asked to use the credit for my second vehicle instead, he refused. ​Groupon has confirmed they cannot refund me because Valvoline marked the service as "redeemed." When I returned to resolve this, Cade changed his story, claiming he only "recommended" the dealership and didn't refuse service--which is a lie. If he hadn't refused, I would have had the oil change done! Now I am out the money with no service to show for it. Unprofessional and dishonest.

When my car broke down and I was stuck on the side of the road, he still went beyond his mechanic duties to check on me and offered me a ride home free of charge with the help of his colleague Mr Dustin. Mr Derek does not upsell and does not give BS; he is transparent and candid about the diagnosis process, the repairs, and the quotes. He offered to run simple tests on batteries and inspections of the car for me for free. He also responds quickly to requests, questions via Yelp and phone. My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision. The issue was fixed within 2 days. The value is reasonable. And Mr Derek takes really good care of his customers. I highly highly recommend him.

I had removed some cosmetic parts from the dash like the glove compartment side panels and kick panels, but I never touched the electrical components. When I brought the truck in, everything was working fine. Expert Auto agreed to finish the job and put everything back together. After spending over $2,300, I picked it up three days later only to find the digital clock and radio didn't work, and the AC wouldn't power on until you drove for about two minutes. When I voiced my concerns, I was told they couldn't confirm everything worked beforehand and that the AC delay was due to the battery being disconnected for several days, insisting the "computer" would catch up and fix itself. Two weeks later, the problem persisted and the AC went out completely. I took it back, and after another inspection, they said they didn't know what was wrong and advised me to take it to a wiring shop. After paying $250 for a wiring diagnosis, I was told the dash needed to be taken apart again--at a cost of over $4,500 with no guarantee of a fix. When I called Expert Auto again, Tim told me there was nothing they could or would do. Now, on a fixed income, I'm left with no AC or heat going into winter, unable to afford repairs, and Expert Auto refuses to make it right. Absolutely horrible service--save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

At first I was happy but once I saw the recommendations were fluids and simple filters I opted out, the manager immediately cut me off and opened the door to yell at his guys to "Pull the land rover out"... After a few minutes my car was ready to leave. I immediately get blasted with dust and dirt all over my cabin and hear a terrible grinding noise. I turn off my AC since I was late to get back to work. After doing some reading I decide to peak into my filter before going back to them since they clearly caused some type of damage only to find they had installed my filter upside down which dumped a ton of dust and dirty into the clean side of my air system AND they had stuffed about a cubic foot of lint/debris into my blower fan ($3000 repair by the way). I have picture and video evidence of all of this. These dudes are the lowest of the low. Avoid!

The guy who was going to repair the key ignition, called me if I would like to get a used part instead of a new one and I totally agreed because the cost was much less than the new one. The mechanics were excellent at that time. However, something happened a few years ago as the people changed. Prices went up quickly and it made me feel the recent change of employees was the issue. The last time I went there, I had an oil leak - after the oil change. I told them about it, had to take it back and they said it was not an oil leak and all they had to do was tighten up the lid. However, when I took my car to another auto shop to clean the headlights, they found an oil leak. They fixed it and did it the right way. This particular incident made it clear to me that Yost had no intention of fixing my vehicle correctly. That made me very angry as I spent thousands of dollars in the past. I have stopped going there. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
