Went in for a issue I thought was my fuel injector and after they ran tests and looked into it they told me my upper intake manifold was cracked from gaskets being replaced a while back before I bought the car and that my rocker was bad and so was my cam shaft. They told me they would order the parts but when I called to re schedule them to fix the rest they said they didn't have the experience to fix the rocker arm and cam shaft on a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. So it would take them atleast 3 days and I don't live in Sioux Falls. So now I gotta go to another shop and have them fix it and pay for new gaskets ALL over again. And have another shop repair it. I wouldn't have had them repair my car if I would have known that. I'm not impressed with it. I would like some kinda refund now that I have to pay another shop and throw away the gaskets you guys put on the vehicle. and if your guys don't know how to fix jeeps maybe thats a big problem read more

I had gotten in a minor accident back in 2024 that ended up with me taking my vehicle to tires tires tires and boy do I regret it. I gave it to them to fix just for them to almost cause me another accident. I drove my car when they gave it back and something didn't feel right till my brake pedal wasn't working and I was going 45mph and needing to come to a stop and wasn't able to and there was oncoming traffic. I returned to the mechanic and explained what happened and was told "I guarantee you it's not our fault,it's yours". He tried to have a screaming match to where the manager had to get involved, only to say that they forgot to connect the brake lines back. I do not recommend these people at all. read more

I called today to let them know when my tires were rotated and one tire I knew goes low but when stopped to put air in it my other tires were set at 39 instead of 32. I was told all gages are different we're only human. After over a 1,000 miles went by. Them overinflated tires will ruin all my tires quick and guess what??? Would need new ones. Our 1 vehicle has been there for a week and a half. The only time I received updates about the service was if I called to initiate it and I was told I would be able to pick it up yesterday or today and now I called and nobody knows anything about the status of my vehicle so I have to wait until someone who knows something can call me tomorrow. I purchased new tires for my Ford F150 on 10/13. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that all 4 of my chrome rims had been damaged, scraped by the tire install. I talked to 3 different managers on the issue seeking some resolve and none would acknowledge any responsibility of the damage and claimed this is a well known Ford problem and suggested I take this up with Ford with the full knowledge the warranty has expired on my 2018 vehicle. Now I am stuck with damaged rims for the remaining life of the vehicle, unless I replace at my own cost. Be very careful doing business here, if they make a mistake, you will have little recourse. read more

This is my second experience with Tires Tires Tires and it has continued to be awful. Wrong tires were put on my car not once, but twice. I was there for two hours while they put tires on my car. An hour and a half in Mark told me it would be another half hour because they had put the wrong tires on my car (205) and were putting the 'right' ones on (245, supposedly). After they were finally complete, I rushed back to work. After work I had realized they put the wrong tires on my vehicle. I had called and was argued with over the phone and told I was incorrect and the tires they put on were correct. After sending numerous images of my car before and after, the tire size they have on and the correct tire size my car would need, they finally agreed to put the right ones on. I now had to come back and miss more work for them to correct their mistake (this is the second time they put the wrong set of tires on!!!). Chuck contacted me over the phone and would hardly acknowledge the inconvenience of this and would not offer any sort of compensation for my time and inconvenience. Upon returning to get my tires corrected, Mark and Chuck hardly greeted me or looked at me and took my keys and said "We'll get it going". No apology, no eye contact, nothing. After, I was brought my keys I was told to "enjoy the rain" as my car was parked in the back of their EMPTY parking lot and I would have to walk through the rain to my car. Brought in my car for strut replacement which was diagnosed by Tires Tires Tires 5 days earlier. This took about 8 hours. I set up an appointment for the repair. Brought in the vehicle at 8 am. This was the time the employee incorrectly informed me that they open when they actually open at 7:30 am. No communication was initiated from their end until I called around 3:15 pm. I was placed on hold, someone returned to the phone and asked "how can I help you". I had to reiterate the purpose of the call. Only to be told that they will call me back because they have to do "research". When they called back about 30 minutes later, they informed me that they are backed up and they wouldn't be able to get to the repair that day but will the next. Called at 10 am the next day. I was placed on hold, someone returned to the phone and asked "how can I help you". I had to reiterate the purpose of the call; seems like a pattern. I was informed that they haven't started but it would be done by 4:30 pm. I declined the service and said I will pick up my car. I was told that the car needed to be put back together. Sure! An absolute waste of my time. I schedule my repair with TDS Auto Repair immediately after. I hope my experience is much better there. read more

Troy was extremely helpful getting us on the road and willing to go the extra mile. We had a really challenging situation with a rental truck and they were very understanding. Took a GMC Acadia I at the appointment time for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. 2 1/2 hours later still not ready. It's taken 1 hour (so far) to balance the tires. I went in for a low tire and was told that the tire was bad; the hole was too close to the side wall. They recommended 4 new tires because they measured my other tires tread at 5/32 and because the other could not be repaired. Estimated cost was over $800. I went to TireMotive for a second opinion. They repaired my tire and told me that my tread depth was 7/32 to 8/32. Total cost was $18. Now I see how they are paying for the new store. read more

To Dan M I due believe you are the owner of Tires Tire's Tire's I spoke to both Managers of each store here in the Big City SF. I totally understand that everyone (car maintenance shops charge for shop supplies but I guarantee you if truly every customer like my self knew that you charge for unnecessary supplies like soap bandages rags to wipe off technician tools etc. You would be out of business try it some time and see what happens maybe stated that shop supplies will have a charge on the bill don't put it on the bottom of the final bill have you ever questioned the shop supplies bill for you read more

This isn't my first hiccup with this place but it's the most recent. Went for a oil change and tire rotation. The guy comes to me and said a brake line is leaking and they wouldn't let me leave with it or put a temp fix on so I get get it fixed back home being I live 30 min away and had no way of getting back. Was waiting a hr before they said they'd give me a ride home. On the way home I forgot to leave me keys had to be taken back to the store. In stead of taking 29 to Louis ave, the driver took all back roads (They practice the social distance so I was riding in the back of the van.) it gave me a head ache and car sick with all the turns and stopping. Once my warranty on the tires are done never going back to them, I might stop now and say the hell with the warranty. read more

RUDE and incompetent. Did not have proper knowledge of how to repair a tire and pulled the object out then said have to get new one can not patch. Should of known that before removing object. Did not have keyway for tire locks and destroyed the locks to do repair and rotate tires. Got home and the tire lock was in the kit with the spare in the cargo area. Called them and the rude sales guy told me "we were not willing to look there it was too much stuff in the way" there was a few tie down straps and 2 pairs of kids shoes in the cargo area. I didn't even have to move them to lift up the carpet and tire hatch to find the key in 30 seconds. Terrible I advise you do not go here. read more

what when you go to this place for service i made a big mistake they took my 500.00 credit card and did not do the work i ask for i ask for breaks they gave me 500.00 of front end work and 4 wheel alignment. the breaks were the problem if you go to get work done please take a recorder of some sort and tape the conversation. cause they do nothing but lie. they wanted me to apply for credit witch would be taken out of my checking account automatic witch they wanted me to apply 1600.00 to do the break work. this place is not where i would take nothing to my car again. ask for breaks and get total suspension anyone else get stung like this ??? read more
