I got a chip in the windshield of my brand new car, ouch! Titan answered the phone right away and told me everything I needed to know. They said to come first thing in the morning, it was going to be 108F that day, and it was best to do the repair in the cooler morning hours. I showed up at 8:00 AM and they worked on my car immediately. It was done in the 30 minutes they said it would take. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, good complimentary coffee, and all the employees seemed happy and very pleasant to deal with.
