All around great experience. The owner/main-worker was willing to slip me in on short notice, even though he had other cars he had appointments to work on. It takes about 2 hours with an appointment. For slipping me in between, it takes around 3 to 4 hours. I was pleased with the results, especially with it reducing the heat inside the car. Very fast and very excellent and very affordable car tinting. I just stopped by to see when I can get in and I was told they could bring it back that day, which didn't work for me but I had a really easy time scheduling my appointment for the next day. It took about three hours but afterwards the windows looked great. I have a Lexus and I went to this place only because of recommendations and had a great experience. I got the nicest grade of tints and to tent my whole car was around $260. Just be aware that they offer a discount if you are paying in cash. read more

I have my car tinted by Tritek Auto Solution when I bought my new car in 2010. Recently I noticed some tiny bubbles appeared in the back windshield. I took the car back to Tritek for them to check it out. The gentleman told me that my tinted service have a lifetime warranty and fixed it for free. Thank you for a wonderful service. read more

Super fast and very friendly service. Tinted both front windows and top of windshield for $80!!! and I was in and out within 20 mins. Crazy!! Great customer service. I would recommended them to anyone. Store is a bit hot in the summer as there is no AC running but it's fine if they are fast. And they only take cash or check so be prepared. read more

I just bought a BMW 750 and had windows tinted at local shop. However, they did not tint the backdoor windows to cover the whole glass, saying they couldn't reach tight corners. It looked so ugly that I started searching for a tint shop that can do a better job. I was referred by several people about tritek in Richardson. I took my car to tritek and owner Vince was very courteous and straight forward with price and took off my film and reapplied new film in less than an hour. Covering the whole glass! He was nice enough to touch up back window that had couple of bubbles. I recommend Tritek to anyone looking to tint their vehicle. A friend referred me after she had gotten her brand new car tinted at tritek, they were very dark windows but enough to keep it legal. I ended up doing the same and it has made a huge difference with these texas summers (as I have kids so keeping them cool is important). The guys who did my windows were very friendly and helped choose the right kind of Tint for our lifestyle, we were in and out pretty quickly. I know that another friend purchased her car a dealership nearby and had the option of taking it to tritek or have the dealership take it to there for a small extra cost. So that's good to know that the local car dealerships trust to work w the company as well. read more

This is the worst place to rely on a service. I made an appointment to get my windows tinted at 1PM and when I got there, I was told that there's no appointment made and that I couldn't get my windows tinted. What's the point of making an appointment if you can't keep track of the appointments.. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend this place for any tinting job. It looks like Tritek in Garland has better reviews and I ended up taking my car there to get my windows tinted and they did a great job. read more
