Timely and thorough work. We needed raccoon removal, we had a raccoon in the attic and it was creating quite a mess. Titan came out and inspected the work and gave a few options for how we could handle the issue. The technician that did the inspection and treatment showed up on time. He was respectful of our time, very friendly and efficient. Titan also did our insulation replacement. It was great to have one team tackle the whole issue... considering the raccoon left droppings all over our insulation. Word to the wise... if you have an animal in your attic, you're essentially breathing in their droppings because the attic air goes throughout your house. We had a rather large Raccoon/Opossum access our crawl space. Titan arrived quickly and sealed the access points and installed a one way door at the point of entry so that the critter could leave but could not return. It worked perfectly. We had raccoons coming into our crawl space and damaging our vents in the process. I would fix the freshly opened vent and everything would be normal for a few days but then I would see a different vent ripped open. Talk about being frustrated. I used Titan Rodent service as a follow-up service by another insulation company. Juan was very professional and detail oriented to making sure that all the entry points are sealed in the attics and around the house. He also sealed additional opening on the roof.
