I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled by this tree service…read more While performing work for my neighbor, they allowed a tree to fall onto my property, causing significant damage to both my fence and my building. Before leaving, they simply covered part of the damage with a few boards and left without making proper repairs or ensuring that my property was protected. My building houses thousands of dollars' worth of business equipment, and despite the urgency of the situation, no one from the company has returned my phone calls or attempted to address the damage they caused. I was not even their customer, yet I am now left dealing with the consequences of their negligence. With rain expected throughout the weekend, my business equipment is at serious risk of being destroyed because the building remains exposed. This situation could have been prevented had the company taken responsibility and acted promptly. Professional businesses stand behind their work, communicate with those affected, and take responsibility when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. If this matter continues to be ignored, I will pursue every available avenue to hold the company accountable, including filing complaints with the appropriate licensing, consumer protection, and insurance authorities, as well as seeking legal remedies if necessary.
