But I wish this location would do a better job with upgrading the Speakers in their Fitness room. For a few months the speakers are either blown out or won't connect at all it's very irritating when you're taking Zumba, Cycling, or Body Pump and everything just cuts out. Majority of the free weights in the room, the plastic is cracked off which I've gotten cut by. I also wish they could enforce Guest watching their kids during class to not sit on the equipment as their are others that actively want to use the machine especially during peak hours. But overall it is a great gym and the Staff is absolutely incredible and welcoming, It's very clean and they have a great Armbar that's well stocked.

One of my favorite things is recently they turned the old pool area in to an outdoor fitness area. It has turf, 10 squat racks, and a fitness rack with pull up bars, premium kettlebells, and weighted slam balls. I wish they didn't take out the sauna and steam room as those are some of my favorite wellness amenities for a gym. The gym does tend to get busy later in the day and machines will fill up, but you can still get a great workout in. Next time I plan to try out one of the many fitness classes that they offer.

From initially inquiring about personal training, Coach Taz was professional and prompt to respond and called me to review my goals and to see what would be a good fit for me and my boyfriend. He recommended the 3x/week hourly sessions with him as well as nutritional education. One of the good things about Gifted N Fitted was the fact that I could go on a payment plan; something that 24 hour fitness was unable to offer me in the past. The price is very reasonable, especially when comparing to other personal trainers at big gyms; the payment plan definitely helped me get started with my weight loss journey while not breaking my wallet! During the workouts, Coach Taz explains each exercise and is so encouraging throughout, even when I may feel like giving up, he's right there saying "10 more seconds! You can do it! You can do anything in 10 seconds" and lots more encouragement that really pushes you. He offers you to use his equipment to stretch after the workout and is never in a rush to answer questions. He also taught us and makes sure that we stretch properly before every workout too. We use the Band App where we communicate, which he also will send us reminders or our times for certain goals we've completed. After our first two months is up, we plan on adding on another month because we're seeing results and don't want to stop! Coach Taz is definitely someone we will be keeping in touch with throughout our fitness journey as he's given us this opportunity and push that we needed to get started. The testimony was compelling and made our house reflect on what we can do our granddaughter. The instructors are so patient and skilled in teaching the children. To watch her progress over these past few months has been amazing. It's a great opportunity to develop courage and resilience while teaching a necessary skill.

But there are some nasty witches that works there that are rude obnoxious, very sassy with horrible attitude. There are two witches that are there that either in the front waiting for the drop off and pick up. I won't name them , but those witches should not be there!!. If they're working with children and they have that kind of attitude , they do not belong there , but instead they should be in a prison working as a prison guard. They are nasty towards me, scolds me, on what i'm doing wrong, when im there to pick my granddaughter and dropping her off. I can only imagine if they are like this towards me, and how they would be towards the children when family members are not around. Very snappy and sharp edges with the children. Very sad to say they do not have Love and care in their voice and their attitude!!!!! Our Ohana don't have a choice but to bring my granddaughter here, but it is very sad that this is the only option!! if you guys are fortunate and have other options, or have the privileges to drive further or else where, do not bring your kids here because of those 2 witches! I feel that those type will make our future children mean and nasty, and grow up to be just like them. They're nasty. Treating and talking with snappy attitude. The owner was extremely pleasent and the environment in general was so welcoming and calm. I've just about tried it all! What brought me in to try the day pass at GyFitness was (1) the dozens of machine options compared to smaller gyms (2) locally owned small business (3) hours are longer than other boutique gyms, and (4) location. I chose to do a month to month membership for $85/month plus tax. I'm happy I did because I ended up needing to cancel due to two bad back injuries and a tear in my knee (not related to working out!). This month to month allowed me to cancel vs. on a long term contract, but the owner Rose and her specialist walked me through the process with grace The crowd is a mix of local, some military, and age range mostly college age up to 50s for the most part. People keep to themselves but the local vibe made me feel comfortable and less judged compared to other gyms, especially after weight gain. There are multiples of most machines, and enough stair masters and treadmills to go around! Office staff was consistently kind and helpful, you can tell the owners are involved on the daily based on the service the staff offers. Bathrooms on the smaller side but clean, and bring your own lock for a locker. The 24 hour option at GyFitness isn't much more expensive than the limited hour option for those who prefer a more empty gym or work early/late. Parking can get busy at peak hours, but you're right next to Costco and two small restaurant centers so the most you'll walk is a minute or two from your car if you don't want to wait for a spot. It's a nice gym if you work Mililani/Ewa/Schofield but live in town, pull over to this gym right off the H2 and get a work out in until traffic dies down. 5 stars!

Monday came and I didn't receive a call from the manager so I called the gym in the afternoon.
