I've been taking Chelsea's amazing classes at The Den for over a year now and I am hooked. For years I had struggled to find a consistent workout routine. I like how even after a year and a half, each class is still a challenge and I can feel myself getting stronger on the micro reformers as well as in my everyday life. Chelsea is an amazing instructor. She leads by example with her commitment to her students and studio. I have watched her show up enthusiastic to teach multiple classes a day, EVERY DAY, for the last year! She's always positive and has made it easy for me to show up for myself each day. One of my favorite things about The Den is that there's room for everyone! There's always a variety of people of all ages and levels in class because Chelsea offers different ways of modifying to make each movement easier or harder. Some days, I have a professional athlete on my left pushing me to try a harder modification, and my aunty, more than twice my age, on my right motivating me to finish strong. I've been doing Pilates at The Den for about 6 weeks now and it has been a complete game changer. Back pain, gone. Finally I'm able to run and surf again without any pain. The app makes it super easy to reserve a spot and there are a ton of class days and times to choose from which is great for those with busy schedules. Love this place! Such an amazing workout every time and the music is energizing. I have been going for over 6 months now and I feel so much stronger. Some of the other cardio workout classes I've tried stress my body more than help, but not at the Den. This is a perfect balance. I get a great sweat going and it's deep core and full body workout. I've been taking class on Monday or Wednesday nights at 7pm, which is great for my work schedule by the way. I don't usually sweat during Pilates but my body has been shaking and feeling the burn! Cannot reccommend highly enough! read more
