I chose brown rice, spicy tuna, smoked salmon, mango, pineapple, tamago, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, red onion, nori, candied walnuts, and cashews. It was a solid fried rice and we were quite surprised it came with Chinese sausage because it's an ingredient we rarely see used for fried rice entrees at restaurants.
