I love this place. They've been open for 10+ years and have revamped their decor and their target audience a bit since. They used to have rocket decor but now their decor features black and white action photographs of athletes. In fact, their coupons now refer to the restaurant as "Rocket Wrapps: Fit Foods." If you're a healthy eater, this is a great place. You can even swap out certain items for even HEALTHIER options (i.e. low carb wrap, white meat chicken, etc). They have a huge menu, but I usually stick with the main menu rather than the additional items on the side wall. The smoothies are great but make sure to read all the ingredients if you are a health nut because some contain frozen yogurt and you might simply opt for the fruit-only options. They're a little pricey but the portions are quite large. They always have coupons in the Clipper so look out for those. Everything is delicious, and I've tried just about everything on the menu. :) read more

Great food, not so great customer service. I used to frequent here when I lived in Rockland. Good option for great-tasting food while being healthy too. I was in town for the day and decided to stop in. My wife and I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before being acknowledged, even though the staff saw that we were waiting. We saw that they were busy preparing an order ahead of us, but a friendly, "hi" or "we'll be with you shortly" would've made a world of difference. When we were finally acknowledged by 1 of the 2 staff members, the gentleman who took our order couldn't have looked more miserable. He was very quiet and monotonic. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself since I could barely hear him. The food took the usual amount of time to be brought out. No complaints there. I asked the other employee if she could cut the wrap in half, since we were sharing it. Her reaction made me feel as if I did something horribly wrong. She did what I asked but brought it back out in 1 tray. I didn't think I had to ask for a 2nd tray, but at this point I didn't want to bother and just grabbed some napkins and used them as a makeshift plate. I really don't know what happened. I used to look forward to coming in and everyone was so friendly. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but looking at the other reviews, I think this is the norm. Terrible customer service! When I called to tell them my order that I picked up was wrong I got argued with that it was right. Obviously they don't handle off the menu requests because I told her no, I asked for no rice no dairy and it was smothered with both, I was told well that's how it comes. If you want to find the worlds worst buffalo chicken wrap look no further! Upon getting my food both myself and my father indulged in what would be the worst tasting wraps we have ever eaten. At a first glance the food looked good but when I took a bite of that forbidden concoction a horrible taste flooded my mouth that should not be coming from the likes of celery, buffalo sauce, chicken or a tortilla. We complained to the employees about the weird taste in the food who denied that there was anything wrong with it. After much arguing we did get your money back. I have been recommended this place from all my friends that are fitness buffs. They always told me "BRO GO TO ROCKET WRAPPS POST WORKOUT AND GET SOME GAINZ". And so i worked out hard and headed over to RW. I went in, they have an extensive menu and I was pretty happy with what i was reading. I ordered the Teriyaki Negimaki (not the healthiest choice but it sounded too delicious to pass up). And it was delicious but it definitely wasnt the healthiest choice with the amount of rice and teriyaki sauce in it. I would definitely order it again though. So for all the people on yelp saying this is not a "health" food store, you are half-right, but they do offer healthy choices. It is up to YOU to make the choice on what you put in your body.. Rocket Wrapps has been my go-to for years. I've always enjoyed the Cleopatra wrap and my second favorite is the buffalo chicken bowl. I only can recommend the white meat, as I'm not a fan of dark meat. I've tried many wraps from them, and have found these two to be the best. I've had several different kinds of wraps, burritos, and quesadillas from here, and they have all been pretty good. The food is also reasonably priced compared to places offering equivalent food such as Chipotle or Qdoba. Rocket Wrapps is still one my go to places in New City for a good meal. They have redone the interior a bit and it does look much nicer. They now have one of those soda dispensers that let you choose what kind you want instead of just the normal fridge with 20oz ones. I have also started getting the bowls more often and they are very good, same goes for their smoothies. It is usually never too busy to where you have to wait long and the staff is almost always on top of everything. Still a definite recommendation for some good food in New City. read more

I get food from here anywhere from 2-4 times a week. The chocolatte smoothie is bomb, I add peanut butter for my liking. The quesadillas are great option if you don't want the wraps. I also really enjoy the MEDITERRANEAN BBQ SALAD. Everything is great from here. Most days there are slammed with orders so every 1 out of 5 times the food might not be A++. But I cut them slack considering the amount of orders they are putting out for a small fast food establishment. I would love to know who owns this place. read more
