He will pretend to be giving you the best deal in town on initial interest rate. He'll offer something like 15% initially, but here's the kicker. Once your 90 days is up and you are supposed to jump down to lower rate, so you can start chopping down the balance, he only takes you down like 2% from original rate, so you end up paying maybe $30 toward balance after interest. More horrific than anything, is the fact that he has a cast (I'm leaving this to imagination, it's Buford Highway people.) of folks working for him who never knew what my interest rate or payment amount was. They would literally speak Spanish to each other back and forth with me standing there in regard to what to charge me each time, like it was a guessing game. This was a nightmare, and I wished I'd done more research and diligence. I am just trying to warn you to not make the mistake of trusting Instant Car Title Loans on Buford. The customer portal is almost impossible to use. I had to…read morecall customer support 2 times to make sure they weren't going to keep charging me after I paid off my loan early. Both times they said that the full payment would have been taken out even though I paid my loan off in full and I had to fight with them on that. I paid off my loan on November 16th 2024 but the credit bureau has not been updated since December 19th 2023. It has been saying 15% paid off since then and has been effecting my credit score.

My payments have been made, but they consistently stated that I hadn't paid enough. I now have confirmation (again) that my account is paid in full, but I'm really just waiting for the next call. I will not pay another dime to this company and seek legal action if I get another call. I want them to send me a confirmation in writing that this has been paid in full... Still, I have received nothing mailed from them. NEVER BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY!
