I came in earlier and Elijah the "General Manger" told me that the bike would need to be at the store in order to complete the appraisal, understandable; but before I exited the store I told Elijah that the bike had a flat tire and that I would be bringing the bike on a truck. Never once did this "Manger" say a word about the bike needing to be on the ground. Very very disappointed in the LACK of knowledge this so called Manger has about the everyday duties that he signed up for when he took on the responsibility of becoming a M A N G E R !
