When I first walked in I was confused because I wasn't sure if I walked into a location that was only for a certain type of customer, then the lady came out and pointed me towards one of the machines where I was connected to a lady that lives in a complete different state but was very helpful and accurate in getting me to handle my transaction. I won't lie and say that I do still prefer the physical teller but this definitely works too. It's quick and painless. They should add more machines though because some people will be stomped and I wouldn't want to be waiting on them, especially since I'm thinking these machines are supposed to speed things up!

I was there to translate for her for the sister branch. The over complication and lack of help for the customer is insane and should be revised in this branch or taught to whoever is in charge here
