During that time the staff were hospitable, gracious, and understanding. Once I was able to pay for the parts, they took that payment but did not obtain parts nor begin work for nearly another two months. It took them 2 and1/2 months to get parts and complete the body work with partial and incomplete engine/motor system diagnostics and work. This company failed to do the work promised and billed nor did the keeo and provide me with the parts the allege to have replaced, although was a term for my acceptance of the job. They also refused to produce invoices for the parts they allege to have purchased and installed, as I requested. They also charged me an additional one thousand dollars. The owner made me a verbal offer to correct one deficit, but I told him I feared returning to them. Given the incomplete and poor workmanship, I was forced to go to another merchant as he suggested, due to my uneasiness. This business failed to comply with our signed agreement. Steer clear! Jesus said tell them of His love for them and leave this business to Him. I've done just that. I wouldn't give them even one star but the system requires it.

Did not work After some communications with Westinghouse we were directed to R&E Small Engine in Spring Texas. They asked all the right questions and ended up picking up the unit. After just one day, Tom contacted us and explained that: the unit worked very well on propane and gasoline. Natural gas has its typical issues when using, like irregular pressures, (un) steady flow, type and size of fittings, etc etc. They brought the unit back and all is well now. In short: great service, great professional and personal people. I surely do appreciate them and highly recommend them.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks. Other than that they totally failed. The day the car was towed in I met with a service tec who told me they would start tearing down the truck the next day to do an estimate. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I called. I was told my service tech no longer worked there. I told the lady on the phone, "that's your problem not mine." So then I got a new service tech who repeatedly mislead me, missed deadlines, never retuned calls. What's more, I told him I had an aftermarket grill panel and was told that State Farm would only pay for Ford stock items. So I told him, I had the original chrome Ford grill out in my garage and they could use that one and I dropped it off. He asked if they should compare my old grill to the one they were ordering from a used parts house and I said NO. When I came to finally pick up my truck they had used the new used grill anyway. The cost was only $288, and since I had waited 6 weeks for my truck I just decided to take it anyway. Then a few days later I get a final estimate from State Farm and that $288 grill now cost $950!!!!!! Are you kidding me? It's plastic and I plan to remove it anyway and replace with the aftermarket grill. So State Farm is the one being ripped off. Maybe I should just let it go but it galls me that they would rip everyone off at the last minute. My final bill went up $2000! That is just criminal. I have no idea if a guy named Kenneth still owns the place but if he does, he must own a mansion and have membership at Kingwood Country Club with all the scammed money he has made. 1 star is the lowest and that is what Kenneth's gets. Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware!
