A manager came and said we're getting your food out just as quick as we can and I stopped her and said ma'am it's too late for as quick as you can because it's been 25 minutes and we've been here 45 minutes. She left the table and in less than two minutes came back with our food, sat in front of us said she was sorry and what else could she do for us and I said I'm not sure how to answer that; we just wanted our food. My friend's egg entrée was completely cold, my sweet potato fries were cold and my friend's soup was lukewarm at best. We waved the manager back and explained that our food was cold and must have been sitting for quite some time. She seemed upset took the food back and said she would get them to fix some more and I said you know I think we're just going to leave now I don't want to wait for more food to be prepared. As we turned to leave she told us to have a nice day but it seemed more in sarcasm rather than sincerity. I also want to point out that the prices have soared since our last visit. I used to take orders from my friends and bring them dozens of donuts. So we were all happy when they started opening locations in our area. It is hard to name a favorite donut because I enjoy them all. But the chocolate frosted cream filled is the one I chose today. Service is always friendly and you can't go wrong with any donut or pastry that you choose. There are also jellies, jams, salsas, and other homemade goods. This location is just dangerously close to my home and I plan to take advantage of it.
