I have bought tickets from them for Vegas shows. Prices are nicely discounted. They are good at helping you navigate the types of shows. One thing to be aware of is when you pick up your ticket you will see the discounted price... so this can be confusing thinking you may have paid too much for your ticket. You haven't... that is the discounted price, minus the service fees, taxes... You have to arrive ~ 1 hour before the show to get your tickets/seat assignment. Good customer service and help. What I wish they could improve is having your walk-up purchases be electronic ticketing/voucher so I do not have to carry the paper printout around. But I guess that is the tradeoff for getting a good deal. read more

I recently visited the Tix4 booth located inside the Club Wyndham Grand Desert (Albert Avenue, Las Vegas) to book tickets for the Cirque du Soleil show, "O". The staff at this location, which is situated near Tower 2 of the property, were pleasant. They assured me that booking through them or Tix4.com would be cheaper than purchasing directly through the official show portal. Based on that assurance, I trusted the service and paid $154 for my ticket. Unfortunately, when I checked the official box office website immediately after my purchase, I realized the standard direct price was actually $125. While the desk staff by Tower 2 at this Wyndham Grand Desert property were courteous, the pricing structure feels misleading when customers are promised a discount but end up paying more than the box office rate. I highly recommend that fellow travelers double-check official venue prices on their phones before finalizing a purchase with Tix4.com or at their physical booths. read more

Total rip-off. Fake sympathy for my special occasion but really gathering emotional pull to sell me. I can tell when someone doesn't really care. The training for their sales people seems to be "treat people like idiots and try and get the suckers to buy" Found cheaper prices online by myself while she was ranting on about something. Found tickets in a better section while I'm standing in front of her for cheaper. She gave me some excuses about taxes and fees when I already saw the total price after taxes and fees. Ridiculous. Buyer beware! Bought 2 tickets to Brad Garret Comedy Club for a Tuesday evening. Tix4vegas price was $100 each + a $9 fee, total $209. The same tickets directly from the club would have been $60 less. "Face value" on the Tix4vegas printout said $84.43. But that is the price for a Premium ticket, and these were not premium seats. The printout also says " Gen Admission CAT B". We we not seated in premium seats. Prices are inflated, not discounted. A total rip-off. read more

Very disappointed! Be careful! They upsell you! The girl outside told me that i could get Michael Jackson Cirque Soleil tickets for $130? I said i saw it online for $94. She said that didnt include the fees??? Hmm ok so she directed us to the cashier, Keith who ended charging me $672!!! So $160 EACH!!! He must have known he overcharged me cause i didnt even get a receipt! No price on my paper ticket too!! And my name is spelled wrong! Kind of sleezy huh? We came to Vegas with minimal expectations after the pandemic and were pleasantly surprised how many shows were open. Prices have definitely gone up but that's everywhere. We were staying at Bally's and went to the Tix4Vegas location in the stores out front. Everyone was friendly especially considering how hot it was haha. They didn't have the show we wanted but the ladies helped us find some great things to see and we were happy for the help. We appreciated how much time they took with us. Wellll Michael really sold me on Tix4Tonight. He helped us at the window and really was a delight. I appreciate anyone who loves their job and has a smile on while serving! This is a discount ticket resource that has been around since 2002. It looks like a scam but I can assure you it is not. There are a few sprinkled throughout the strip, this one was right by our hotel so we decided to stop by one day when the line was not long. We had our eye on the jabbawockeez show so we stuck with that. There are some people assisting you in the line but they are just informing you of the different shows and dinner deals they have. We just kinda ignored them in a polite way. We waited about 20 minutes and scored a good deal on our tickets. The only thing is that we had to go retrieve our seats/tickets prior to the show. So, we had to head to the other end of the strip to do this and head back before that evening. Not a huge problem and it saved us some money so we were happy. Overall, if you have time to plan, check this place out! read more

This girl is all about deals OK? So my husband and I bought their dining card for our eating and drinking down the strip adventure. The guy was super cool whom we bought it from and we asked him where the closest place was to this location to get some food and a nice cold drink - he directed us inside Bally's to a decent Mexican joint only to find out upon getting our bill they only accept the card between 11am to 4pm... no indication on their website and it was well after 4pm when the employee directed us there! First strike. Next stop at tipsy robot the "human bartender" looked at me like I was speaking a made up language when I asked how to redeem the BOGO. Second strike. Third time is a charm when the Rockhouse honored it! So at least we were finally able to make up the cost of that thing! It would be helpful if they had a map of all the places you could use it - oh yea, and somewhere where the restrictions are listed! I wouldn't bother with this unless you know exactly where all these places are AND you call ahead to make sure you can even use it there! read more

My husband and I go to Vegas 3-4 times a year. We've always used tix4tonight for shows. We decided to splurge last weekend and see KA. Basic ticket was $100 each which was not that much of a savings from buying directly at MGM. The guy sold us on upgrading the tickets for better seats. I asked where the seats were at $125, he said anywhere, but front and center. I asked if he could show us and he said the computer will generate the best available seats for us. Well, $250 later we were the 5 row from the very top of the stadium. They were nosebleed seats with only 4 rows behind us!!! The kicker was.......the stadium was only half full.......there were tons of empty seats in the rows ahead of us. Lesson learned, I will not trust tix4tonight to upgrade and assign seats for us again. read more

We stopped in as soon as they opened (10AM). Short line but gets long in a hurry. We wanted to see Rod Stewart that night. We got lucky and they had some. They gave us a piece of paper with instructions and were told the box office opened at 3PM. We were told to get there early for the best seats. They were right, we got $285 seats we paid $85 for. Our first experience with them, but won't be our last. I highly recommend Tix4tonight. read more

We were told we were buying seats in the mezzanine for the Penn & Teller show ... then we were given "vouchers" that had to be redeemed at the theater box office for tickets. I figured the sooner we picked up the tickets, the more likely they would be in a better location. I headed over to the Rio about 1:00 to get our tickets and surprise, they were third row balcony seats ... glad I didn't wait until just before show time. No more Tix4Tonight for me ... We bought tickets on Wednesday for Titanic Exhibition. We were planning to go on Friday but Thursday night I couldn't find the tickets. I saw on Yelp that someone else lost their tickets and they replaced them. Next morning, we went back to the ticket office and fortunately, I still had the receipt.
