Our AC went out as summer was starting to kick in. I looked up service companies and called TJ. TJ offered several options to repair or replace our system. Eric is a stand up, professional and great electrician. He is knowledgable, has passion, trust worthy and cares about the work he does! Eric is and will be my electrician and I still have plenty of work I'm saving for him to take care of. He replaced our panel with a non recalled fire safe one (opposite) of what we had, re wired half the house which we thought was done properly and wasn't and put in some great led can lights. We have plenty more we would like for him to do when we can. I trust him with my dogs, my wife and in my house... I can't say that for most or many people. You'll be glad you used eric/tj electric. I recommend them highly and can't say enough about the service provided. So 5 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, it's about a 102° outside and my mom's AC stopped working. We contacted TJ, he said he was finishing up another job but he could be to us within 15 to 30 minutes (he arrived in about 20 minutes). He examined the unit, and was able to get it running quickly. Informed us it might be a temporary fix as the unit is older, but he would do the best he could to keep the cost to a minimum. Even called back the next day to see how it was working. During my commute home today the temperature was a scorching 118 degrees. I picked up my two young children and returned to a house that was 94 degrees inside. Who would have thought hiring an electrician would be so difficult! I would think not since everyone would be clambering to get someone's business these days. I guess I was wrong, and referrals are not all what the claim to be. The lack of communication is of a concern to me as these are contractors running a business. I literally got little or no communication after asking for an estimate for some electrical work to be done in my backyard from other contractors. It boggles the mind. I was going to give one last try on a referral that was given to me on contacting TJ. TJ did not disappoint. I called on a Monday and he was able to come down that same afternoon. He came and provided the fairest price and far below what I was quoted before I was ghosted by a prior contractor. Not only was it fair, but he was able to start on Wednesday and complete the job in one day. And let me tell you the job completed was by far better than I would have expected. You can tell that quality work was done. I am completely sold that I will not use anyone else but TJ for all electrical or A/C work that I could potentially need in the future. We had this company do our electrical wiring and installation of the ac unit at the new house we bought and was very impressed with the service they have provided. The electrician was very professional and the air conditioning unit installer was very knowledgeable. The entire crew was such a pleasure to deal with and the owner was regularly visiting to make sure everything was going well. When they were done they made sure that everything was in order and even double checked if the electrical wiring are done right. Can't say enough good things about this company and their work ethic! They are a really great, small, family-owned company. Our heat pump in our AC/Heat system broke, and Aaron came out to help us on Christmas Eve. Aaron did everything he could, but unfortunately our heat pump was unable to be fixed, and needed to be replaced. Aaron didn't charge us a dime, but gave us a quote for a new heat pump, labor included. They worked with our crazy schedule, and came out to replace the heat when we were ready. As they replaced the heat pump, they discovered that the wiring in the rest of our system was installed incorrectly, as well as some Freon issues. Aaron and his dad TJ fixed every issue they found, replaced the heat pump, and still didn't charge us a dime more than what they had quoted us. I know the installation took longer than they anticipated, and I really appreciate their hard work. Now our home has heat again, and our system is working great. Thank you Aaron and TJ!!! Had multiple contractors come out to give us an evaluation/quote on our HVAC system. Everyone except TJ came in and started telling me what I needed without listening to what my problems and issues were with the system. TJ took the time to listen to what my issues were and recommended a couple solutions to fix. We ultimately replaced the entire system (compressor, furnace, etc) and added a new duct line and vent register. TJ rerouted the gas line to our furnace, relocated and hung the furnace in our attic, installed a smart thermostat in a new location, and more. His crew is very friendly and they all work quickly. They leave the work site cleaner than when they arrived which is so nice. Their quotes are very reasonable compared to what the other contractors were quoting. I had an A/C problem this past summer and contacted this company for the repairs. TJ did an excellent job at repairing my unit. Most importantly, he was able to correctly identify the issue while the company I contacted initially wasn't able to. Also, to make things worse, my A/C broke down just before one of the LA heat waves had started, however TJ was able to provide repairs within a reasonable time period considering that all of the A/C companies were super busy this time of the year.
