The customer service associate was very abrupt and not helpful. He would not refund or even exchange for store credit. he said without the tag attached, they could not accept a return. I have shopped in many stores JCPenney's Kohl's L.L. Beans macys, mom and Pop shops and never have I been refused a refund much less store credit because the tag was not attached. I will not be shopping there again as it is overrated. I did not catch the name of the man working but he was the rudest coldest sales rep I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

Plus size clothing department is holding steady at being the WORST of any Target I've been in. Out of stock of the plastic totes I came for. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Absolutely horrid and terrifying. The folks were having to what toilet paper with the one stall that had one. The floors were muddy?! Trash everywhere. Clearly people are stealing things because there are tags all over the floor.

Store is clean in appearance, but they pack their walls and shelves beyond the limits. You go to take one item off the wall and three follow with how much they pack it on. It's my go to for a quick way to dress my christmas tree and get some decorations for the living room.
