The mall looks pretty active, far from considered a dying mall, and definitely not dead. I saw a couple of empty spaces which gives an indication. Some stores stood out to me, one of them being Bob's Stores. I would have guessed the whole chain went to bankruptcy -- guess not? There were some other stores I came across that I don't find in my home mall, which stinks to some extent. The variety is on its "A" game. If it wasn't too far, I wouldn't mind making this stop again. The parking lot is not paved at all, and also with a large amount of poodles in different areas. It would be great to see this addressed, which will up my rating.

I have to question the true cause of the fire the following night, as I was told by workmen prior to this that the Mall is built on a landfill and without proper monitoring of gasses emitted by a landfill, the Mall could be prone to fires and possible explosion. So she sits down and asks me to sit down too and I do so that we can take a selfie. As i am handing my sister the pretzels so I can grab my phone to take the photo, the same manager lady comes up to us and says, " Girls this really isn't the place to sit and eat." , in an angry tone. She was very rude and stood in the area until me and my little sister got up and left. All we wanted to do was get a photo with the Toys R Us, giraffe on the bench, then leave. Don't put a bench in your store if you don't want people to actually use it for its function. Would not recommend this Macy's as the staff can be very rude.

I got my son a jacket and a hoodie for his birthday and my husband a hoodie and t-shirts. They had a decent sale, just not what I was looking for. I did find a Coach purse that I liked, but it didn't come in black. If I had to do it all over again, I would take my time and shop for me on the first floor and not go on the second floor with my son in the Men's section. He was looking for all type of Nike hoodies, but seem like him and my husband has every color. They got a North Face Hoodie and my son got a Tommy Hilfiger down jacket.

The staff here was really polite and they were more than willing to open up the dressing room for my partner to try on some clothes. The quality of the merchandise is a little high but honestly that is because of the quality of the clothing. That being said, they tend to have a ton of discounted items as the clothing seasons end.

It's easy to make an appointment, and I cannot recommend Yeung, the stylist enough. I have long, thick hair, and she can do a wash cut and blow-dry I under a half hour. The quality of my haircut is superb. Everything is even and symmetrical, the style is exactly what I wanted without having to say much, and her blow drying skills are incredible. I can't stop touching my hair! If you want a quality service, and to put your hair in the best hands, don't go to one of the cheap walk-in places elsewhere. They simply cannot deliver what JCPenney does.

I was here when the mall got built and JCPenney has been part of my life for shopping anyways I gotta tell you the store is really gone downhill. I know there's a staffing issue with that. No excuse you never get help there anymore. People just walk out. You know the staff doesn't say hey welcome hey you're looking for something. Nobody helps you there anymore and used to be nice and clean in there and it's really dirty. Some of the racks of clothes are all messed up and kind of disappointing. I had an account there and I didn't use it for two years and they took it away on me and So. That was a bummer too not just Holyoke store. It's too bad. Nobody wants to work anymore people built these kids don't wanna work most of the kids on me, but they're good kids too. They have no ethics.

Many simple stuff are locked up which is totally annoying. The button to call the employee to come open up the locked glass doesn't even work so you have to go look for an employee that can open it. How about hire actual security guards instead of having the people who check receipts be the "security"? Also, those employees by the entrance/exit who check the receipts CAN ask to see the receipt, but you're not obligated to show it; you can just walk by them. This isn't Costco where you have to show your receipt because it's in their terms and conditions when you sign up... it's Walmart!! Take notes from target; barely any of their stuff is locked up. Also, the curbside pick up takes forever and the parking area for that is small and barely has any parking spots.

Things have moved she brought me right to it. She helped me find what a wanted. There were many to choose from she even took the frame apart to make sure the insert would come out. There were plenty to pick from. We looked at about five of the frames. I finally decided on one that was very sleek and the price was awesome. I had searched on line and Marshall had the best price. Only complaint never enough chasers. Maybe I just hit at the wrong time.
