After trying multiple registers and different solutions, it still couldn't be redeemed. My daughter was heartbroken because she thought she would have to leave without the birthday gifts she had carefully chosen. The manager saw how disappointed she was and, without hesitation, paid for every single item herself out of her own pocket and simply handed them to my daughter. We were completely speechless. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, her compassion, generosity, and genuine kindness stood out in the most beautiful way. She didn't just solve a problem, she turned what could have been a disappointing birthday memory into one we'll never forget. Please recognize her for going so far above and beyond. We had that weird feeling when you're in a store that has a different layout from the one you're used to. It took us a few minutes to get our bearings. Going to Target is basically like going to a mall - there are so many different areas. We were able to find the storage container and groceries that we needed. The store was clean, the shelves were perfect, and the aisles were wide enough for the carts. It was a really good experience and I recommend this store. Anyone we interacted with was nice, helpful, and efficient.

Everything was clean and well lit. I ended up walking around for 45 minutes just strolling through aisles and looking at all the new merch and new grocery foods they now carry. However, I was there to return something I bought that was the wrong size. To my surprise, the customer service area was dark and no one was there. No sign was posted indicating hours and oh my goodness, it is a 24-hour store. I flagged a worker down who said they closed customer service because "everyone called in sick". It was 4pm. And then, reluctantly, because I was the only one there and looked confused, she said she would help me. Don't get me wrong, I was grateful to get the return processed. And as she was helping me, three more customers lined up. My recommendation, if staff is truly that low, please give the customer an alternative--go to the register and they will process the return. Also, the self check out registers were all closed. I love the new layout and displays, but Walmart, please allow your management staff the flexibility to change a process when something like this happens.

Daiso is located off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a large shopping plaza next to Kohl's and Ulta Beauty. There is ample amount of parking spots available. Daiso is a Japanese store. It has a wide range of items from pet toys, home goods, kitchen supplies, Japanese snacks, drinks such as Calipcos, and much more! Throughout the store, you'll notice the price conversion from Yen to US Dollars. Everything in the store was really well organized and there was a lot of inventory! The team members at Daiso were quite helpful and friendly! The price wasn't expensive either for a lot of their merchandise. We had such a wonderful experience at this Daiso location!
