This T.J. Maxx is located in a mini mall area and on the weekends it is impossible to find parking. If you're a purse hoochie like me, this is the T.J. Maxx for you! They have a decent array of purses and I have found some really good deals here. Believe you me, if you don't get it when you see it, it won't be there the next time you go back to get it when you finally realized what a great deal it was in the first place. I have also found some nice sterling jewelry pieces. They have a good bedding and home accessories section. They always seem to have a lot of clearance stuff throughout the whole store, so if you like to look you might just score. Their shoe section is so-so unless you're a size 5 or a size 10. I can usually find something pretty cool here. I love love love the Heys luggage I got here for a rocking great price for our most recent trip. Although they have alot if discounted items to look at and purchase. Most of their stuff are discounted for a reason. For example the stuff for your home are either broken or missing a piece. Some did items they sell are expired. The entire store looks like crap. They have way to many out of place merchandise and a bunch of crap on the floor. i'm giving 4 stars because they have all kinds of good stuff for your house and everything goes on sale at some point. so just be patient if you want to save on name brands and high end stuff. the aisles are usually clear, but the shelves may be a mess. but i take that in stride with the savings. customers are nice and friendly and many are chinese... i am not but that's ok... read more

I'm a fan of TJ Maxx in general. This location is always clean, plenty of parking, racks are well organized etc.. the selection of items every time I've been in though has been pretty bla. None of those great find/treasure moments yet. But it beats going to the mall and dealing with that or going to Target so it's ok. nice to have an option. The other outlet stores in Pasadena yield a LOT better and more selection, but then you have to deal with more cars/parking issues sometimes so yea. this is a nice happy medium. The selection of clothing here is pretty good, especially for men's with good prices too. Things are a bit messy but overall the selection is large. Now on to the main reasons why I won't shop here again. The customers here tend to be loud, rude, and inconsiderate. The last time I shopped here, I bought a few clothing items. I paid with two $20 bills. The biotch behing the counter(hispanic) kept looking over my bills and then called her co-workers and made a big stink out of it. Look, I understand if you are concerned about fake bills..BUT, learn to do your business QUIETLY and DO NOT embarrass the paying customer, ok? i love this store! this is like my to go place for some shopping therapy i mainly come here to check out any home goods, shoes, sports wear, misc things the great thing about this place is that they EVERYTHING. great for kids bf's mom's home and yourself. the only reason i knocked off a star was i bought a shampoo and conditioner here i wanted to try a certain brand and i felt like it was watered down. so i don buy any hair products i feel that can be replaced or tampered with. read more

TJ Maxx is awesome! Normally people are afraid to come in here because they feel like people might think they're cheap, but you can find a lot of brand name stuff here for a really low price! I prefer TJ Maxx over Ross any day. You can find products such as clothing, pet supplies, home, and even snacks! I seen they sell more expensive brands like Michael Kors and Coach, but very rarely. Parking in this plaza used to be a breeze, but ever since a lot of restaurants opened in here, parking been hard during weekends especially. read more

havent come to tj maxx in ages! honestly, the place is quite a mess; they have a few clearance aisles packed with junk and you have to look over everything in hopes to find something good. sometimes they have really good potato chips on clearance for $1-2 because they are expiring in a few months lol. the shoe section is alright, but even the clearance priced shoes are quite expensive for my liking. i was pretty lucky to pick up a cheap pair of shoes for $5 so an extra star for them! did not look at the clothing section so i have no comment. i did take a look at the lingerie section tho and it was pretty organized :) there are lots of parking but the spaces are so small! some cars tend to park crooked or even double park. dislike because of that. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I think this is something that needs to be said. My mom went to Tj maxx today and all she did was browsed around for a good 10 minutes and an employee storm around her pretty upset that there was a pile of clothes. She kind of made a noise showing that she was upset by the fact that she needs to do her job and clean up the mess. She then walks away and came back and stood next to my mom and whispers to her "be gentle" (I'm gonna assume with the clothes) and walks off to the fitting room, which she then peaked out towards my mom's direction and starts to laugh. Of course my mom would be upset, who wouldn't? So she walks up to the employee and asked "what did you say" and the employee replies with "don't be an angry shopper" and laughs. I understand that it can be frustrating cleaning up other people's messes but this is your job!! You shouldn't be making fun of customers or basically harassing them. I hope to see that this location works on their customer service skills, no should be treated this way. read more

I don't know the name but gentleman who I believe is a manager (he has long ponytail), he is very attentive and courteous!! He greeted everyone in very upbeat tone. Today oct 14th, 2013 when I go to TJ max with my baby dog "Rocker", there was an employee of TJ who is a skinny white middle age woman with glasses was so tough to us, n roarer to us, "keep the dog of the floor", when I picked my dog up, she just turned her face around n continued to talk to another woman with a totally different happy face. This is our closest neiborhood TJ max, we usually go there with our dog with no problem, now someone just change the rule, how come TJ max can hire someone attitude like crazy? Both me n my dog was shocked by her face changing moment. PS: my dog is a tiny toy poodle, with best behavior. Other employee was so nice to him, but this one. This place has really cleaned itself up. It now has more "up-to-date, modern" styles. I've notice they now have more clothes that are 21st century, and newer, nicer perfume's. So yeah the things here are "all" cheap, but compared to retail prices, yeah it's a bit cheaper; Even if it's $0.10 cents cheaper. But I like how they have pretty much everything that I'm looking for, when it comes to shopping for myself, if not for others. I definitely like the fact that during the holiday seasons, they start to have more holiday stuff. I went to TJ Maxx to look for 3/4 length running tights. Went to the fitting room, the associate couldn't be bothered to even say 'hi' to me. I went to try the clothes on and came out and asked her if I could go look for a bigger size in the pants I was wearing. Her response 'you can't go out there on the sales floor wearing store merchandise'. I was beyond shocked. How is this good customer service? In my shopping experience I never come across a situation like this- if I am in a store that doesn't allow this usually a store associate is more than happy to go get the garment for the customer. You know- to save time. But not here. Will I shop here again- probably not (don't have a big need for it) IF I do end up going in to get something, it won't be to try on clothes. read more
