Horrible management, my daughter who has autism was having a bit of a rough night while we were out shopping at this TJ Maxx location, of course with any toddler there is some screaming and crying involved, I was standing in an isle trying to do everything I could to calm her down in that moment when a Hispanic manager wearing a black shirt came over to kick me out of the store due to my autistic daughter having a small melt down completely just making things worse all together. I will definitely not be back to this location and just overall disappointed in the interaction and lack of care from the manager while I was clearly trying to get my daughter to calm down. read more

Store overall is below average. Only put 3 stars because it is clean. Except that, you're better off at a different location. Also BEWARE TO NOT GET THE CREDIT CARD!!!!! It is a pain to pay for!!! I'm a TJ MAXX shopper and love seeing what different area have to offer. I was there to browse through but I always pick up something. They did have quite a line to the cashier but more cashiers were called the front and the line moved. Glad I was not in a rush. I'm biased because I'm a fashionista shopper. Got my daughter a jet and sterling anklet. (Might keep that for myself) Found myself some snacks, and a linen poncho style top. I'm in heaven! read more

Most TJ Maxx stores are a hit or miss. I love finding random things though and keep on shopping at many of their locations. We came to just look around after a early dinner near by. We bought a bunch of random things- green tea, small glassware set for juice, bedsheets for guest bedroom, new hairbrush for my gym bag. These were all things which were not needed really, but nonetheless bought. This location is small yet filled up. In my opinion, their best selection is in their luggage handbag options. I wouldn't go out of my way for this location but it's conveniently located near Palm Beach Outlets. The check out area took awhile due to few cashiers and the line was pretty long. But I seriously wish customers wouldn't leave some of their discarded choices near the check out line, creating a mess. If you don't want something, give it to your cashier, why create more work for employees?! ~ read more

This is a well organized TJ Maxx; albeit, I feel some of the sections are smaller than many other locations. Nonetheless, I typically find great items here. Specifically, I like the home decor section and the impulse items to include snacks at the front of the store. The racks are positioned so one doesn't feel suffocated and the store is usually clean when I visit. The check-out process is easy to follow and shopping here is effortless. My favorite think about this location is the store is positioned in a section of the Outlet where many other stores I love to shop are located. I highly recommend this location especially if you're in the market for home decor or pet goods. Not to mention, there are plenty of snack options if you become hangry during your shopping experience. read more

I drove to the Palm Beach Lakes location because I was looking for a specific pair of shoes. I originally bought the shoes in Jupiter but they didn't fit properly. One shoe was a lot looser than the other so I came to Palm Beach Lakes and hopes that they would have the exact shoes. When I got to the shoe section, I went down one of the aisles and there were two carts with two girls and they saw me trying to get through and they just ignored me. And I said to myself, I don't know why these carts are blocking the aisle. And the one girl, her name was Karina, was extremely nasty and said well, we have to work. We're working here. And I replied that I understood that but I'm trying to get through. She was basically letting me know that she wasn't moving the carts and I probably should go down another aisle even though I needed to get down that aisle. She continued to argue with me saying that they're working and they have to be down that aisle and I retorted and said well you could at least move the cart so that people can get through and she continued to argue with me being very antagonistic. Her coworker just stood there and said nothing. This girl named Karina was obviously looking for a fight and someone to argue with. I eventually just made my way through and as I passed her she was staring me up and down in a very challenging manner. I told her that I was going to talk to her manager because I didn't like her attitude and she said, would you like me to get them for you? Very aggressive. I don't need to be treated like this by employees at a store. Or anywhere for that matter. I went up and down a few more aisles, found something else that I liked and made my way to the register. After returning my items, I decided not to purchase the bird bath. I was so upset by the way I was treated by the employee that I was not going to give TJ Maxx anymore my money. A few hours later, I was still upset so I decided to call the manager and the manager was just as rude as his employee Karina was. His name was andrew. He was also very antagonistic, Unapologetic and I even mentioned to him that now I understand why his employees have such a bad attitude. Bad attitudes trickle down from bad management. He didn't like that and hung up on me. I will never return to this TJ Maxx. I should have known better and to the TJ Maxx stores in my own neighborhood of Jupiter and then go to Palm Beach Gardens. I will never step foot in that TJ Maxx again. Whatever happened to customer service? Also, I did find the shoes that I was looking for at a competitor store for $10 less. I have come to this store multiple times and the associates were always able to look up my card or manually enter it if the card magnet was stripped. Today I decided to try my digital card that would allow me to make my usual purchase and head out the door however the associates insisted they had never seen the digital card, didn't know how it worked and apparently could not use my digital card from THEIR VERY OWN APP. It literally says the instructions on how to use it. Beyond upset, I left my $115 purchase at the register and walked out. read more

This is one of the smallest TJ Maxx's ever!! They barely had any items in their kitchen/household goods section, and I wasn't able to find a roasting pan. I wouldn't go out of the way to come back to this location. read more

I will not be shopping from this location again. I lost my house keys here and they told me they threw them away because of COVID which is absolute bullshit because y'all could easily send your costumers lost belongings to the Outlets Mall Lost and found. Don't count on them to keep your belongings safe. Horrible costumer service, if you're throwing away people belongings keep it to yourself and just tell me it wasn't there. As always, I walk through the store looking for a hidden gem. This store felt fairly clean and organized. While roaming I saw something of interest but not quite what I wanted. There was a staff member nearby and she directed my to more of the item. While there, she came by and checked up on me. Better service than I've seen in other store. I'm sorry, but please explain to me what you are so high and mighty about? You're T J Maxx!!!! I went in there to buy 2 chairs and wanted them to hold them for me to pickup the next day. This IS their policy, by the way. According to all the other stores in the area, it's policy to hold at least 3 days and generally they'll hold up to a week. They gave me attitude about holding for ONE day, because I didn't have room in my car and, even then, said if I didn't pick up the next day, they would return the chairs to the sales floor, EVEN THOUGH I'D ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods all in Palm Beach Gardens are my favorite stores to shop (or just browse) for home accessories and cute wardrobe fill-ins. The stores are well stocked, organized and clean and the staff are usually usually friendly and personable. Although their service does not compare to that of Lord and Taylor or Sak's fifth Avenue, I have found the same items in the discount stores at 1/10 the price! I love going there, usually for nothing in particular or specific, but usually always find some amazing treasures that I would never find anywhere else. I especially love their gourmet food sections and their housewares because they have such great selections and some one of a kind pieces. read more
