Of course they can, they have to, it's US currency. So I get my receipt and the paperwork and I walk out the door and say thank you. He has not one word to say. As a customer. I think he should've said thank you or at least you're welcome. Also, the paint was not the exact shade, but I'll probably be the only one that notices that so I didn't say anything about it. There's other options in town.

I even asked if they could provide a small sample of the color so I could get them painted somewhere else, and the response from the front desk was basically "we don't give samples, go try another place." That was disappointing and honestly unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop (Factory Wheel Outlet), and they told me it was actually very easy to match the color. They painted my center caps perfectly in just one day, and now everything matches exactly like it should have from the beginning. So while this shop fixed the bend and curb rash, they fell short on finishing the job properly and their customer service could definitely improve. Hi, I just want to clarify that I did ask about the center caps multiple times. The first time, I was told in person that since the caps are plastic and the wheels are metal, the color would never match. The second time, I called again, and then on Tuesday--after taking my car to a tire shop--they pointed out that the center caps hadn't been painted at all and still looked like factory. When I asked again at your shop, the front desk told me: "we don't give samples, go try in Bob's Paint Land." So I'm not being dishonest--I did ask more than once. I ended up taking the caps to Factory Wheel Outlet, and they were able to match the color perfectly and complete the job in one day. The result came out great and matches exactly. I was charged $300, and I have the invoice if you'd like me to provide it.

Mechanic advised Les Schwab that the front end was fine and ok to put the tires on. Still refused but agreed to align. Did so and found that wheel to be the only one not needing adjustment. Still refused to sell us tires. Was told not to bother taking it to Costco (which we should have done in the first case) as they wouldn't touch a car with a damaged tire. Wrong. Costco pleasantly ordered Michelin all season tires for less than the Les Schwab tires and will replace in about 3 days. Very helpful unlike Les Schwab who told us to bring the car back for realignment after we damage it again. Demeaning. Highly recommend considering Costco for your tire needs.

One of the studs on one wheel was broken and the lug nut could not be removed normally so we called Dell's OK Point S to check if someone could come out. To my surprise they said yes and we only had to wait 10 minutes or less for Austin to arrive! Our original plan was to get the rims and ruined tires off then take those and an existing set of all season tires to the shop to get them mounted. I was delighted when Austin carefully and safely jacked the car, removed the tires on rims and took them to the shop. He then mounted the all season tires onto the rims. He was gone a short time then returned and installed them all using an air wrench from his service truck. He worked quickly and efficiently. He even thought to bring the ruined tires back in case they are needed as evidence. He was calming, kind, professional and personable, took time to educate me, and patiently answered all my many questions In a way I could understand. Thanks to him, we are now able to drive the car and get the extensive body damage estimates for the insurance and police department before the perpetrator's court date and start the process of getting the car repaired, all without having to pay for another tow. In my opinion, he definitely undercharged for the house call and excellent service. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this shop.
