The response I received was that it was raining "here" and that was why they were waiting. No location, no updated arrival time, and no communication before the appointment time. The issue wasn't the weather. The issue was the lack of communication. A mobile car wash business deals with weather every day. A simple message before the scheduled appointment time would have avoided wasting a potential future lifelong customer's time as this was our first appointment. After I explained that my concern was the lack of communication, I received an "understand" response, but no apology for the lack of notice or communication. As I'm writing this review almost two hours after the appointment time, it still has not rained at the service location. Communication matters.

Half the sprayers don't fully spray the car and you have no idea which wash you're actually getting since nothing lights up in the tunnel to indicate what is being applied. I doubt the brushes have been cleaned or replaced. MUCH better tunnel washes out there for the money that also do a better job of drying. Detailing service: this is where the value of this place is. They do a good job for the money of detailing interior wise but ARE NOT pros. Don't expect high levels of detail here, they seem to use the same product on everything from dash to seat. There not rotating a leather cleaner to dash cleaner so everything ends up clean but not necessarily correct. For the money they ask you can't argue with the service, you'll need to point out specific things you want attention to. DIY Bays: the DIY bays are great and have never eaten my cash and again for the value offer a great selection of products. Overall this is a 3/5 star place. I can't imagine bringing a high end luxury car here. But for your daily driver it should do the trick.

As soon as I arrived, I was told I should just wait around instead of my wife picking me up because "it wouldn't take long." That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.
