Client recommended this local sandwich shop, good customer interactions from staff behind the counter. A large selection and they also have pizza and calzones. I ordered the cheese steak grinder and my teammate had the chicken parm grinder My cheese steak was w/ mushrooms, onions and provolone cheese add mayo. This combination is my favorite but the roll that was used was not a good roll for this cheese steak. The grinder is all wrapped up and the roll got all soft and started to get a bit soggy. They should get better grinder rolls perhaps a hard roll. read more

this place used to be great, but have gone very downhill. The staff is incredibly rude, as many other people have noted. They don't follow any directions (multiple orders failed to include our extra sauce, things on the side, etc.) If you try to call them and ask about the mistake, they're condescending as if it was your fault for the error. When we began to place an order only to be told it would be $75 for 2, we decided to go elsewhere. Later, they arrived with our order anyway. Great local place, family owned and operated. Pickup or delivery. My family usually orders the 18" special which is a bargain as well as delicious, and it's usually ready in 20 minutes. Would recommend all the pizza but specifically, the feta, pepperoni, and jalapeño are my favorite, although the jalapeño does have a kick so watch out for that. Also, if you're looking to order a couple pizzas and you want to try them all, ask them to double cut your pizzas so that your slices are smaller and you can try each one you order. Definitely would recommend this place, and if in these times you can carry out or get delivered it means that much more to family owned businesses. read more

Worst place in NH to get food... I ordered a Chicken Parm sub yesterday. it was done within 90 seconds somehow.. I bit into it and the middle of the chicken was cold. Man-O-Man! This is the best pizza I've had outside of New York City. In fact, if you placed me in blind test, and placed two slices in front of me: 1 from TJ's and the other from Giovanni's, I'd be hard pressed to tell who's who. Today was the last day we will order from TJ's again. Our office orders twice weekly and today was the last straw. The chicken fingers tasted like dirty, old grease. Daughter & her family rave about this place, they've moved out of town and miss their weekly TJ's take out. Despite several bad experiences and the resolve to not return ourselves, we ordered last night for the whole family. Son, daughter, son in law, grands, hubby & I. We ordered 3 extra-large pizzas. All 3 were over cooked. 2 of them were borderline... dried out and not quite, but very close to burned. The 3rd was burned to a crisp. It is beyond me how they actually boxed and sent them out that way. Past issues for the 2 of us included pizzas & also hot subs that were cold & rolls that were soggy to the point of falling apart. The last time this happened I called to get this corrected as the rolls were truly mush. The response was rude ... he actually told me to find another place .. he didn't need us. Hence our previous decision to find another place for pizza & subs. It has been several years but, last night was absolutely the last time. Ever. Pizza was underwhelming. Not much flavor. Cardboard crust, and skimpy toppings. It was overpriced as well. Next time, tried the Chicken Ceasar Salad. Ordered three for family pick up. Got home, the salads are covered in bacon. Menu just said Chicken Ceasar..not Chicken and Bacon Ceasar! Called them and was told "Well we always make them this way.." That was it. I hope you like crust. They have a great crust. Ordered a XL pizza with mushrooms on whole, there were 11 on the entire pie. Called to complain, they said it goes by weight. So started ordering pies with double toppings because I really do like their crust. Double toppings were 4 pieces of pepperoni per slice. Called to correct it and they said they don't measure it. Nope. Terrible how bad they mess up orders. People have food allergies and to put olives in a chicken parm is beyond me. Who wants to bite into a chicken parm sub and taste foreign things especially when they didn't ask??? That is a highly acquired taste and normally at least out of all the sub shops my family and I have been to no one puts black olives in a chicken parm. And the best part is in the middle of a pandemic.... they wanted the sub that had already been half eaten back!! Now it's a chicken Covid parm with black olives!! When I called the restaurant I was told to not eat the pizza so they could take it back and wait for another one to be delivered. Since I didn't want to double that long wait time, they told me the only other option was to drive there and pick it up despite having already paid a delivery fee. For the second year in a row TJ's had the best Corned Beef and Cabbage meal I have ever had! They are the best place for this St. Patrick's day staple in all of NE. From the generous portions, to the tender, tasty (not salty or fatty) Corned beef, to the delicious cabbage, potatoes and carrots cooked til soft, but not squishy/soupy. If I had to find something they could improve on, it's to add some Soda bread to the package but, at the price they charge, that might take any profit margin out of it for them. Not only was I appalled at how I was treated I felt bad for the employees who apologized for there bosses behavior and the fact that he has a bad temper. Are you kidding me. Food is average at best. It's best to pick up your order because delivery takes forever (they apparently have a hard time retaining drivers) and the food arrives cold. We placed an order today for an office of 25+ people. We had inquired about turning a veggie sub into a veggie pocket with the pitas they have there. The young man on the phone was very nice and explained that they do not do that, okay, I asked if they could put one on the side, to which he graciously said yes of course. In the background I hear, who I think is a supervisor or at least someone of power, do they want me to write a ******* letter on why we can't put it in a pita. Very rude and unprofessional.
