Food is GREAT.... Owner is a piece of shit, they never get the order right. Everytime you make an order something is wrong.. you order blu cheese on side they give you marinara... you order "onion and garlic" pizza they gave us "sausage and onion" you order garlic knots they forget... then when they give you garlic knots and you ask for marinara they dont bring marinara. Send 2 orders of something when you ordered 1 and bill you. Multiple orders have come cold. There hasnt been one order that they havent fuc*** up on.. its sad because their food is GREAT! I pick up or get delivery once a week I am a TJ's fan... Pizza is good but this is the 3ed time that the driver brings no change to the door... I was going to give him a 5$ tip so I asked him for 3$ back he had no change on him just 20$... He asked if he can run to his truck to get it I said ok... He then asked me again if it was ok for him to go back to the truck... I said ya... Then he walked so slow back to the truck as it was freezing out... My favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza with bacon, ranch on the side. I used to go to Franks pizza more often in the next plaza, but TJ's is my place now. Franks has a bunch of no-smile employees who look like they all hate it there, even the owners. Anyways, TJ's employees are always friendly and the prices and service are good. Made a large purchase there yesterday and noticed my debit card was charged twice. I called and the person in charge was VERY NASTY. TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. He insisted I was not charged twice and it will go away in 5-7 days. I told him I spoke to my bank and they can fix it today if he gave them the authorization codes He refused. I haven't been eating pizza as much as I used to so I hadn't been to TJ's (which I really liked) in quite a while. Well, last week we ordered a plain and I must say I was really disappointed. To be fair, the pizza tasted fine. What was truly disappointing was how much they cut back on the amount of ingredients. The amount of dough used for the crust was a lot less than it used to be. Very skimpy on the tomato sauce as well. Not very filling at all. I suppose they are trying to increase margins by reducing the amount of ingredients while keeping the price the same. Frankly, I'd prefer a price increase and get a Pizza that I expect than an inexpensive one that is skimpy. It's unfortunate as it still tasty. We'll be going elsewhere for a while read more

Good pizza and friendly service. What else can you ask for in a small pizza shop? Always had good and consistent pizza here. The wings though are a skip. Granted, I'm a critic of wings, and have not had any from a pizza place that were great in the area, but still. They give them out for free with a one topping pizza (at least did), but even at free I would skip. The one thing you might not want to skip is the calzone though. They will make the fried calzone. If you have not tried this, and don't have any heart issues, just go for it. Seriously AWESOME. read more

I order from them on a fairly regular basis (2-3 times per month) and the food is always consistently good. The eggplant is fantastic. They have several different eggplant sandwiches, wraps and dishes and they are all fantastic. The pizza is consistently good and the service is always courteous and pleasant. TJ's needs to fire every one of their delivery drivers. I've averaged 1 pizza delivered every 2 weeks from them and they were consistently good until a few months ago. 9 of the last 10 pizzas I've had delivered had to be eaten with a knife and fork. The pizza and salad were great but what really sparked my taste buds was the guy taking orders in the front. What a dime, he's clearly a pizza professional by the way he spun around the dough and burned his arm without a flinch. Ordered the broccoli garlic and oil which is listed under PASTA DISHES and said I wanted spaghetti with breaded chicken. Also ordered an item that comes with blue cheese and specified EXTRA blue cheese. What I got, broccoli and chicken in a bowl and a charge for blue cheese. What I didn't get, ANY PASTA and ANY blue cheese...at all. When I called, I was told I asked for a side of broccoli and chicken and that I was not charged for the pasta. I ordered exactly what I wanted but got half an order. I was asked if I wanted to place another order for pasta. No, I want to eat dinner with my kids, not wait an hour for a bowl of spaghetti I should have gotten the first time. My bill was $32 with a $5 tip. Cost me a mere $37 to know not to use TJ's pizza again so they get two stars for helping me figure out where the good pizza places in Oak Ridge are. I'll stick to pick up at Pintos. read more

Been ordering from them for three years and this is the last time. The orders are almost ALWAYS wrong or missing something. We just ordered from them on 4-13-17. The kid answering the phone and taking the order was spaced out. He kept asking "what ?" and repeating back the last thing I said regardless of it being an order item or not. We ordered a large pie thin and well done, a Greek salad with grilled chicken, and extra blue cheese dressing instead of balsamic, and a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. We got, a large regular pie, a Greek salad with no chicken, a cup of balsamic and not a single blue cheese, and regular Pepsi. TJ's just lost a guaranteed MINIMUM of three orders a month at roughly $50 a clip. The other places for pizza around aren't bad. Marios is under new management and their food is very good. I purchased a large penne vodka pizza it was last order of the night. I was absolutely shocked at this delivery I received after waiting an hour & a half, see pictures, I can't believe that this pizza was allowed to be delivered to a paying customer. More than half the pie was inedible due to the severe black burntness. I have never received any delivery from them like this before, I am extremely upset and unhappy and surprised that they would actually let this leave the store in this condition. I contacted Timothy Deaver/Company Manager to inform him of this and sent him the pictures that very night, because when I immediately called the store no one answered. He promised me someone would contact me from the store and he would send me coupons also. I never got a call nor any coupons and since then Mr. Deaver ignores my emails.
