There are a lot of bad reviews lately but I had a good experience. There was no one else here so customer service was good. The pizza was pretty good if just a little bit soggy (I'm assuming because the slices are precooked and then heated in the oven.) Bottom of crust was crisp from the reheat. Plenty of pepperoni and just the right amount of cheese. Light on the sauce which was good. As far as ambiance, well it's a pizza joint in a strip mall. Not sure what you're expecting. Restroom could use a little work. Overall a pretty good value at $10 for two slices and a bottled Dr. Pepper. read more

Ever since under new management/owner the restaurant has been awful. The food does not taste good, and their Manager is terrible. I was really rooting for them, because the new owner seemed nice when I met him a week after purchasing the restaurant. Like I said, the manager is awful. I caught a mistake on my bill where they considerably overcharged me. Even though they remembered me and my order when I called to report the issue, the Manager kept on making excuses for why they charged me more than they should have. Excuses: 1) credit card surcharge (not sure a 50% mark up is a credit card fee percentage used by Visa). 2) he said it was a delivery fee (well I picked up my food). 3) he tried to negotiate how much he was going to give back to me 4) then he finally tried blaming me. He eventually only gave me a partial refund. I've probably spent over $1000+ here in the past few years. I will never be returning read more

This spot steals from its customers I got a pizza from here and they charged me almost $50! When I called to fix the issue they were very rude and refused to fix the situation giving us a hard time over their mistake. I used to come here all the time, never again! Please be careful with what you sign, I absentmindedly signed and left the receipt. If you ever have the misfortune of coming here make sure you keep a hawk eye on your card because these people will rob you blind given the chance! Sunday night the Mrs. and I ordered take out from you guys. To be blunt, the food was not good at all. In fact it was so bad that we actually decided to call an complain (which we never do) It was surprising to us because the food from Pezzo is always great. I don't know who we talked to on the phone but we were told that the regular chef was not in that day and we can have two free dinners at any time to make up for it. Well. Last night we cashed in on that and ordered again. The food was night and day. The food was SO good!! (like we always knew it was) so much so that I had to leave a great review for you all. Thank you for fixing the problem and for making up for it. We love your food and your restaurant. I would highly recommend dining here or having food to go. We didn't have the pizza so can't review that. The lasagna was not good. The sauce was bland with no meat, the noodles undercooked and yet tasted burnt. My wife had the muscles over pasta which she said had a tasteless unknown sauce. The espresso was luke warm. The service was horrible. Won't go back again. read more

This was supposed to be a personal pie with one half of pepperoni and one half onions and peppers. I call them and "Stu" picks up. Called them 15 minutes before closing, the guy says they're already closed. Here's the gist of the conversation: 1. He accused us of looking for free pizza 2. He said the pie is like this because we had "too many" toppings on it. 3. Threatened us to come meet him. 4. Put us on hold and started talking to other customers about how he deals with "these" kind of people everyday. 5. When I asked him if customer service meant anything to him. He said it did not. 6. His guys are tired to do anything. I have had my fair shares of bad food and bad restaurants but this is hands down the worst experience of them all. This place was pretty great! We're from out of the area, and just needed to get a quick bite. Thanks once again to fellow Yelpers, we scored big time! We all chose the pasta lunch specials, with different combos. To our surprise, we were asked whether we wanted garlic or regular bread. Extra points!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible place to order food from. Call in and order penne vodka and 2 chicken Parmesan subs. Get there 30 minutes later like I'm told, yet chicken Parmesan subs weren't added to the order. I'm a reasonable guy however, so we patiently waited. Waited over 25 minutes for them to make them. Get home to bread and cheese, the smallest sliver of chicken I have ever seen in my life. Call the guy back and he won't give me a credit or anything for them. Shame. Recently stopped in to check out the pizza.Pretty good. Good enough to get me to try them to make some food for a Bday party. They made chicken francese and baked ziti. Absolutely killed it!!! Who would have thought a small plaza pizza joint would turn out such great fare. Had some pizza supreme slices yesterday. took them home and I have to say they were about the best I've had. Spouse and I went there for dinner a few Fridays ago. Pezzo had a flounder linguine dinner. I think it was $13.50. Fantastic little place! The staff is so friendly and they give great portions with fresh ingredients. They have a few tables and it's actually a BYO, and it's a nice quiet place to have a bite and a glass of wine without killing the wallet!
