My friend and I came to town and needed a nail salon in the worst way. TK didn't disappoint. Not only were they the nicest people willing to go above and beyond, but the nails were top notch. I got a full set and a callus pedi and my friend got a gel mani and callus pedi. Both were 10/10. They spent so much time and effort making sure we were happy, and I mean look at the results. If you want nail fungus this the place to go, I recently moved and I found this place to get my nails done. After a week I developed a severe nail fungus that required medical treatment. When I went to the store not only were they unwilling to refund my money and make restitution for the damage they were rude and not in the least bit willing to help me, The only satisfaction I got was that all the customers got up and left, in addition the nails don't stay on more than week and they went address that issue either. I never leave remarks so please take my advice seriously and avoid this nail salon at all cost. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I stopped by on a whim when my usual over-the-top expensive place was booked. I was greeted promptly and warmly. The facility was clean, and although they do acrylic nails (which I hate the smell of), the odor was minimal. The technician that did my manicure & pedicure was thorough and took her time... I didn't feel rushed at all. I was offered a bottle of water, as were the other guests. The tools that were used on me were all in sterilized bags and appeared clean and well-kept. She did a very nice job and it seemed that the other customers were enjoying themselves also; I heard several compliments regarding the work they were having done. I also heard a customer complimenting a young man on how attentive and welcoming he was to her and everyone else when they walked in. I don't know what his name is or what his actual job title is, but he really was doing a fantastic job at assisting everyone and making the customers feel welcome. All in all, a very nice place. Very reasonably priced. A clean and welcoming establishment. I will definitely return. read more

I rarely write reviews, but feel this needs to be shared. I went to TKs on Friday and brought my partner's daughter and we both had Manis & Pedis. Spent $175. The person who polished my nails rushed my gel manicure and pulled my hands out of the UV light at 33 seconds instead of the full minute. I usually get OPI but this time got DND. At the time I thought maybe the brand was faster at drying. The next day the gel polish started chipping so I went back. The same lady who sits in the front said. "Yesterday was busy". No accountability on her part. She fixed my two chipped nails and put a clear coat on the rest. A few days later the rest of the nails started to chip & I realized that if the base wasn't secure no amount of clear coat was going to keep it from chipping. I went back this past Saturday and she re-polished my nails and said that no other customer is having the issue with their nails. I have almond shaped nails and she decided try and round my nails and blame it on the shape. She did not ask if I wanted to change the shape. Once again no accountability that if she hadn't rushed my nail job the first time we wouldn't be having this issue. I'm only giving 3 stars because I didn't pay for the last two polish jobs and there wasn't an argument. I'll NEVER GO BACK!!! I'll gladly find another place to spend my money every two weeks. I hate people who can't say sorry and take accountability for their mistakes. read more

Last minute choice ended up being my best choice! Had called a few other spas and didn't get near the same response. They stay open 30 minutes later, which meant I could get my nails done. Greeted promptly and received excellent service. My dip color was perfect and they picked my toe polish out to match. Which alleviated my least favorite part of picking colors. Great nail spot! Dropped in to get a polish change manicure and pedicure. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The price was cheaper than what I paid at home. They had a great selection of nail polishes and designs. They offer gel, dipped and regular polish. The nail tech suggested gel on my hand and toes so it would last longer. This was the first time for a gel pedicure. The nails looked great but I did return to have one nail repaired. It had an air bubble. They promptly fixed it. The nail shop is not very luxurious like the one I patronize at home with the TVs, wine/beverage service, etc. The nail spa had the standard pedicure bowl and use the plastic liners that they change after each customer. The salon is in a busy older looking strip mall and parking was a little difficult. The bottom line if you need a quick mani/pedi, this is a good place to go. If you desire a relaxing day at the spa surrounded in luxury, you may want to choose another place. read more

The worst experinece in my life...the worst manicure !!!!! My grandma would do at home her nails 10 times of better quality!!!! I came and said that I need both manicure and pedicure, I was told to comeback in 1 hour. I came back and I regret about my lost time and money. At the end of my manicure I was told that for the pedicure I have to come back sometimes later as there were 2 ladies (customers as he said) who came in after me and been told to wait if they could and they would be served in 20 minutes. I wonder why those 2 customers were more valuable than me...?! The only reason why I didn't tell them enough just because I tried to stay calm and do not get stressed in my position- pregnant! I went here with a group of friends last year for pedicures (our picture is on the website without our permission) we asked for a pricing list and they said they didn't have one yet because they just took over. They gave us a price range from $30 and up. So I said I wanted a basic my friends got various treatments gel polish etc. A man did mine and it was a below average pedicure. My water was cold, the guy rushed through it nothing beyond a basic pedicure and then charged me $80. I said what? That's crazy and his reply was "well you liked it didn't you?" My friends were all charged excessive prices as well 80-100 dollars and some had different colors than what they picked out others were messy polish. We paid them and decided not to go back ever. Ended up here since it was so close to the hotel, Crowne Plaza. They did a very thorough job on the pedicure and manicure, at least i thought. my manicure polish didn't last a week. It popped off from the cuticle and a couple of my nails were toast. maybe it was because they so distracted by their air conditioning going out and a possible fire or short in the building. It was like a comedy show for awhile. The spa pedicure was amazing and the polish stayed on for a long, long time. They even did the gel polish on my toes. I would give my manicure a 1 star and the pedicure a 4 or 5. This is why I landed on a 3 but it was fairly pricey bringing it down to a 2. My worthless manicure, great spa pedicure and my daughters bad manicure were $100. read more

My friend and I got the deluxe pedicures. We weren't sure what we were in for as there was a major communication barrier. It was worth the extra $10 as they proceeded to put lots of different lotions, scrubs, and hot towels on. The biggest complaint is that some of the things were so hot they burned. Made an appointment for 2 pedicures and a sns manicure. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. I was being seated to have my manicure done bc my boyfriend and I wanted to do the pedicure at the same time. Another woman came in about 10 minutes after me and all of a sudden I was to wait 15 more minutes. They claimed it's because the woman had a four o'clock appointment however, she came in more than 20 minutes late for her "appointment". Then they claimed that we had to wait because we wanted to go together. They were catering to a woman who was a walk in who came after us so we decided to leave. I'm giving this place 5 stars for their hospitality, we know not all nail places have nice employees (like the place directly across the street from here). The place across the street are horrible. They also are very thorough with their work. My nail tech did my cuticles even though I didn't get a mani, just a refill, no extra charge. He just said I really needed, and even though they all barely speak English, they all enjoy trying to make you laugh. They are gentle and do a great job. My gel nails look natural. read more

My first time coming, it was near closing. I was given a seat where pedicure water had already been drawn and was cold, and there were wet feet prints on the towel. This should have been enough of a sign. I stayed and got the most basic pedicure- i still had callous under my feet when I left and my gel manicure didn't even last a week. 3 days in, my thumbs are peeling. For that I should have paid $10 and gotten a regular mani. I will not return. read more
