The manager working that day accused us of saying we did not want a certain nail technician, which was completely untrue. We were simply visiting from Florida and had no history with the salon or staff. The interaction quickly became awkward and confrontational, and we were then made to feel as though the staff no longer wanted to service us. We have honestly never experienced anything like this at a nail salon before. Instead of feeling welcomed as customers,it extremely uncomfortable. It was a very upsetting interaction, especially considering we were just visitors trying to enjoy a relaxing appointment. Employees were reusing dirty tools between clients, including clippers that were placed back in drawers after use. We had to repeatedly ask for clean tools. Watching unsanitized tools being used on multiple customers was unacceptable and a serious health concern. To make matters worse, the quality of the work was poor. My daughter's toenail polish is already chipping shortly after the appointment. Between the excessive wait, unsanitary conditions, poor-quality work, and the way we were treated, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've ever had.
