You come as a customer and you leave feeling family. You will not find a better place than this shop. I was here on a quick business trip, and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I live in Sherwood so the NLR location is closest and I noticed last night there was an opening for 6:30 so I booked it and canceled my appt in LR. I have attached the confirmation emails and text to. So as I walked into EWC NLR Ms. Pierson (may be spelled wrong) stated that I canceled my appointment and I advised her I did not and that I do have a confirmation appointment. So I asked her when can I be seen next and she proceeded to say not today I said I'm aware I want the next available. So to make a long story short she was very rude to me and did not make me feel that as a customer I was worthy of having services done with them. She told me that she did not care what my phone says because her computer shows I canceled. She said she did not care what my phone showed and that there was no glitch in their system at all. So I asked her what her bosses name was after telling her that she will not amount to anything having an attitude and treating customers that way. I advised her that customers are always right and she said that's not true. So I then asked her what her bosses name was and she stated "Amber" and couple minutes later I asked again to confirm and she said I'm not telling you. So due to the rudeness and nonchalant character of Miss Pierson, I pray that she learns how to deal with customers in a better way. Oh yes she also told me to make sure I mentioned she has two nose rings as well just down right rude.
