I understand that with every new house, there is a learning curve. I saw an ad that they would do steam cleaning and it sounds like it's only areas that require special attention. As I was looking for a cleaning service, I was very excited that they would have this special tool. I'm hoping to see the difference in the areas they clean with this tool. The initial cleaning took about 3 hrs with a team of 2. They respected that I don't want them to wear shoes during the cleaning and they had booties or took off their shoes. I checked the garbage bin, and everywhere in the house and they were nowhere to be found. I contacted Primadelia to see if the cleaners took stuff with them by mistake, yet they denied it. I spent another few days ensuring they were not misplaced and confirmed they were missing. Primadelia insisted that there was no way her crew would take cleaning supplies with them, and the cleaners insisted they did not take anything. I canceled this service because I consider this to be theft. If they are willing to steal cleaning supplies, I don't know what else they might take in the future. Keep an eye on the cleaners and check them on the way out if you decide to use this service. In response to your reply-- This is false. These were brand new, completely full bottles of spray cleaner, and they are not cheap. They were not combined, and there were no empty containers in the trash. I do not care what your cleaners have told you, because it is false. It is upsetting that you are so adamant about them being honest with you, when there is no way this is possible. The containers were full, new and completely removed from my home. This is not a mistake, this is theft and you need to take responsibility and hold these cleaners accountable for not only this, but lying to you. On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
