I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.

I had to make numerous calls on my mom's behalf just to get a tentative pick up date. The day before pick-up, still no confirmation on when they're coming so I make another phone call and after about 30 minutes of hold time, the credit card gets charged and a pick-up date is established. I spoke with Anthony and another lady. Both were awful.
