Food was pretty good and quick . I got the carne asada tacos Needed a quick meal before a concert , I would def. Go again . Service was good

Chicken, steak, pork. Pollo, carne asada, alpastor. The better one of all the meats tried was their chicken.

Found this place via Yelp. I tried three types of meat: grilled chicken, carne asada (steak) and alpastor (pork). Overall it's okay, their salsas could be better but the better taco out of them was the grilled chicken. Grilled chicken 9/10 Carne asada 6/10 -- was over cooked and not fresh. Al pastor 7/10 Would I come back? Maybe just for their chicken tacos. 3.75 stars overall.

    - cash only - limited parking - delicious food & great portions Tasty tacos! They're quite hefty as they're FILLED with meat. Great portions. I got the al pastor tacos and they come with pineapple pieces. Not sure when they close, but I stopped by around 8pm / 9pm and they were open. The taco truck is parked in the 76 gas station. Parking is a bit limited at the gas station itself, but there are a few parking lots nearby.

I pass by this place all the time and never thought much about it, but after checking it out on Yelp, I decided to give it a try. The tlayuda (in the pizza box) was huge and very tasty! The sopes were also very flavorful and everything was fresh. I look forward to coming back to try other dishes.

    Huge portions. Delicious food.

This is a great taco truck with very generous portions. Definitely give this place a try. Cash only, small parking area. Definitely worth the wait. Thanks

Tlayudas El Ejuteco is parked in Union 76's corner. it's CASH only. there's a canopy covered table for dining on premises. . not much parking. diverse mexican menu: tacos, burritos, tortas, sopes, tlayudas, huaraches, quesadillas, alambres, choriqueso. didn't see pics but i had a vague idea.... eats: pastor, lengua taco @2.50 -pastor was juicy pieces of meat off a spit with bits of pineapple -lengua was tender bits of beef tongue -green and red salsa provided with garnishes of cilantro, onions, jalepeno slices, radishes, and sour carrots. 4.5 fab value.

We tried the burrito, taco, and quesadilla, and everything hit the spot. The burrito was loaded with flavorful meat, rice, and beans. The taco was our favorite. it was perfectly seasoned, fresh toppings, and a nice squeeze of lime made it pop. The quesadilla was cheesy and satisfying. Service was quick and the prices are great for the portions. If you're near the gas station, give this place a try!

I hadn't been here for a while but the last few times I went I felt like it wasn't as good as a while back. I really liked how the Al Pastor tacos were made here especially because they had pineapples. But in my recent experiences they seemed to be a little on the drier side and NO PINEAPPLES :'(

Unassuming taco truck in a gas station parking lot I was immediately greeted by the Banda music and lights coming from this truck and it made me want to dance, I had to remember what I came for.. the food. :) Ambiance aside, Al pastor tacos were fabulously seasoned, flavorful, and worth coming back again and again. Burritos also satisfied my palette and I was gleefully surprised that that also grill the outside of the burrito so it gives it that nice crunch when biting into the burrito. I'm a sucker for textures. The one star removed was because they gave me lemon instead of limes. They are not the same! Lol Also wasn't very impressed by their salsa.

Had the Super Burrito Al Pastor ($12). Tender, moist, crispy grilled tortilla. Juicy Pineapple with the Al Pastor. Good balance of ingredients, good amount of meat. Great lunch

There was a total of 2 food trucks and 1 dessert, leading to long long lines. The staff handled the lines well and food was being dished out as fast as possible. Purchases: *ASADA TACO *LENGUA TACO *PASTOR TACO *Strawberry Lemonade(???) Drink The tacos were good. So good I made my way back into the line and purchased a few more asadas!! The meat vs tortilla ratio was great, although lengua was a little skimp. Meats were tender and cooked well. The salsa portions are small and I would have enjoyed more instead of having to ration my portions but it was still good. 4 stars for my first try with Joe's Taco Shop. Plating was good even in the hectic environment and I really enjoys the grilled onions. Cucumbers- not so much [I thought that was kind of random]. I would absolutely dine here again.

So delicious every single time and this time was no different. There's limited parking and you can either order inside or at the taco truck. I literally scarfed my tacos down with salsa and grilled onions. My friend ordered a carne asada burrito which he said was super filling and the perfect amount of food. I ordered from the truck, then went into the store to collect my drink, and then came back out to sit in the dining area, where I also collected any sauces I wanted. Definitely need to work for your meal and get your steps in. The condiments and sauces are in a cart with plastic cups with lids provided. There weren't that many options of sauces when I ate here but it was fine. The birrias and lengua tacos were so good. All the tacos came with two small tortillas to hold in the heaping amount of meat. The horchata here is had more cream than I'm used to. Like more milk was added or something, not enough spices or flavors added in IMO. Ordering was easy, I felt rushed, but it was the waiting to hear my number that was difficult. Listening for the number in the dining area while the music was blasting was difficult, so it's better to wait by the truck. Parking is limited but there are always cars coming and going so if you can wait a little, a spot will open up.

Their food is flavorful and delish. Their portion size is very good. The chips area also really good, as-is their two salsas. The chips area nice and crunchy and they will refill them if you ask. The two salsas compliment each other well. One is a Pico de Gallo, which has the right amount of spice to it. The other is tomsto sauced and fairly spicy. Our friend enjoyed a Small Combo #4 (Tamales, Salad, Rice and Beans). My wife had a Small Combo #6 (Chicken Burrito, Salad, Rice and Beans). I enjoyed a Chicken Chimichanga with Salad, Rice and Beans. They aren't shy with the amount of food they give you. I always end-up taking my leftovers home to enjoy later. As always, the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was fairly busy, but they always serve your food quickly. The restaurant was quiet, since we were able to have a nice conversation.
