Stumbled across royal nails and spa on Yelp and decided to stop in for a full set and pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff and was asked to sit and pick my colors. This salon has a wide variety of colors, designs, powders, gels, accessories, and more. with this being my first time I went ahead and stuck with a basic pedicure and a fun color to ring in the spring with my full set. Let's break down the services: Pedicure: the best pedicure I've gotten in my life. I really wish I would've taken down the name of the nail artist who took care of my pedicure because it was amazing. Great massage, great polish application, an overall great pedicure. Full set: this is one of the more affordable full sets I've gotten in a while. I have no major complaints. The tech was speedy, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The only con: the powders must've been a little unmixed and caused some marbling on my thumb nails. read more

Never again!! thought I would them for a mani/pedi. After being seated and seeing how filthy the cup holders, floor and unkept the place was should have trusted my gut and left. Tools did not appear to be sanitary were just laying on his cart, which was dirty. Polish literally peeled off day after service. He did not properly remove oil prior to applying polish. Cuticle rough after leaving, worst mani/pedi I have ever experienced. Developed some kind of issue with nail bed after going here. Trust your gut if you choose to go after being seated! Also, they were not friendly at all. read more

I am so appreciative of the great pedicure I got. Each time I come they are very concerned about giving me excellent service. I usually get a manicure but today I didn't have time. They give an excellent leg massage and it feels so good. I believe in the mornings till 1:00 they have a reduced price on som services! I highly recommend! read more

I'm very mixed on how I feel about this place. It's the first time I have gotten my nails done in month due to covid and I didn't expect perfect service but this..sucks. every time the man would file my feet to remove the dead skin he showed it to me? Yuck. And the massage included slapping my calves and feet.. never experienced that before. I was also cut many times. But I have to say the employees were so nice. They made my appointment right away and when I walked in even though if was my first time at this establishment they welcomed me like I was a regular. I paid $81 for a pedicure and full set which isn't bad at all. I will be giving this place a second chance! read more

Please share!! Buyer beware!!! They have no customer service!!! Do not go here!!!! They double charged Mattison took here gift card and cash ... when I caught her error she said she would not give matti her money unless she clipped all her nails off!!! No customer service and they brought the birthday girl to tears!!! Celless sorry mom but they charged your matercard gift card and took Mattison's cash and will not give it back to her!!! But honestly I was ok until she went toward The hands .... don't touch my kid. She might be a legal adult but she's still a teenager a kid!! if it had been just me I would have gone back home immediately to deal with this and been calmer... I contacted master card gift card and they are crediting her account only because we are disputing it and have proof of payment with cash too but it will be a few days. But there was no need for that treatment and to find out they are giving out 50% off coupons but never offered a thing... that was our first and last time there ever. We only went there because we ordered bday cupcakes from the bakery by them!! read more

Best eyebrow service I have ever received!! I have been going to see Crystal for the past two years and I absolutely LOVE her wax services. She does such a great job and takes pride in her work. I used to live in league City but moved to Pearland and now Spring area but anytime I get a chance I will make the drive to see her. Do not waste your money like I did. Terrible shellac nails. Had my nails done Sunday and already chips and pealing by Monday. I spent an extra $20 for shellac for a reason and the regular nail Polish on my toes looks better than the shellac nails on my fingers. Extremely disappointing. read more

I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Nancy makes sure that customers are pleased. There are several types of pedicures that are all reasonably priced. They get you in and out in a timely manner without cutting you short on the quality. There has been times where my polish chipped but they fixed it happily. read more

My mother has been coming here for years. Every now and again I tag along and regret it every single time. As soon as my mom walks in they immediately start her and make me wait. I can't tell you how many times we have walked in for the same exact full set and my mom gets started on, I have to wait the entire time yet new customers are walking in and getting serviced. 6 times now I've said " you know what nevermind I don't have time for this because you're already done with my mom and we have to go." Just now my mom walked in to get a full set and I just wanted to get my eyebrows down. We walk in together and my mom says "I'm here to get my full set finished" because she had started it the other day and ran out of time so we were coming back to do it again. They jumped up and told her where to sit down and got started on her. And then I immediately said, right after her, "I just need to get my eyebrows done" and they didn't even look at me. They didn't respond they looked at each other and kind of rolled their eyes. I've had enough and I told them "I'm done that's it." I turned to my mom and said "See! I told you so" and then I walked out. The only thing that I can think of and I have never in my life have ever used the color of my skin as an excuse for anything but the only thing I can think of is the fact that my mother is white and I'm Hispanic because I was adopted. I cannot come up with any other reasonable excuse as to why they treat me like this every single freaking time I walk through the door. Awful awful service. read more

At 1 time I went to Royal nails and had Nancy do my nails, all the time. After finding a long time friend that had stopped for a while, that had done my nails for years, I started following her. That being said, I haven't been to Royal nails in about 1 1/2 years. My friend , that does my nails now, being out of town for the week, I needed a fill and Went in on Friday afternoon, February 5th for a refill with Nancy. She was very rude and unprofessional, very short and acted put out when I would ask a question. Had she not had my nails filed down with no acrylic on top, I would have gotten up and walked out! My nails turned out ok, but the customer service was horrible!! I guess since I am not a regular any more , Nancy did not appreciate my business, I will never walk back in that shop again, and I will be very sure to tell everyone that comes into the very busy hair salon I work at, how bad of an experience I had there. read more

So much so that King Charles got up out of his pedicure chair to greet us at the entrance. The Royal guards ceremoniously made way for us to be escorted to the royally acclaimed nail artist, Henry. Henry ate up my sisters nails. Period if you know what I mean. Anyway, we loved the nails. Not that expensive. It was $77 for the TikTok design before we added a bunch of other stuff. The tools were in a small rectangular basket with nail clippers and other tools. Used tools. The clippers were open. She did not pull them from a bag and got up when i asked and went to the back. Never said the tools were clean. The response from the owner is rude and not accurate or acceptable. 82 or 87 dollars for a royal pedicure. Can't remember exact price. I stopped going to the nail salon around covid. I do go occasionally as a treat to get my feet done. It's June 2026. Went to use a gift card I've had since Christmas since this isn't my normal place. The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.
