Therefore she paid $255, which is not lower price you quoted. Also, you didn't replace the valve - only repaired it which is way less work and not at all what was quoted and agreed to. I don't consider any of this help as you stated. It's more like taking advantage of the circumstances and not doing what was agreed to or adhering to the quoted price. Future customers beware!

He was even able to come out that same day. He repaired our system and then gave it an overall inspection. In that inspection he found one problem that needed to be fixed right away so he did. This repair required him moving some border brick and the rocks behind it. When he finished that repair you couldn't even tell that he had done that. I loved that he cleaned up after himself and made the repair look like new. He even provided an analysis report and estimate for future work that either he could do or we should do ourselves. I think he did a great job and for all those things we don't want to do ourselves ... we'll have him come and do it. Great job. Great price.

I live on a corner and the side yard is a huge space that was nothing but an unsightly mass of dirt and weeds before. Now, I have an area that looks like my own botanical garden, and my neighbors can't stop raving about how wonderful it is. The butterflies and bumblebees also love it, and one plant or another has continued to flower well into January. One artificial turf area didn't not have ground smoothed so there are small mounds that really show in times of late afternoon sun. The other has a seam placement showing in the middle of the area focal point - very much an eyesore for me. At least the area is finally green like grass.
