He simply cleared out the debris and explained what might have caused the issue and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. This year our weeds, that were normally a few here and there, exploded in our yard that only has stone tiles and rocks. I noticed also that they were growing faster and taller each day. I thought if I just stare at them I could see them grow. So I searched here to find some help. And I needed it fast before I lost the backyard. In came Enrique at TLS landscaping and his dad. They were so helpful as I explained the weed issue as well as they noticed a tree in our walkway could only handle short people as it grew more branches. We had a bush that surrounds a utility box that they offered to clean up as well. Enrique was very quick to respond to request for estimate and with providing the estimate, he was very knowledgeable and answered ALL of my questions and concerns with patience. The estimate was fair so we started work. The TLS crew was here every morning by 7:30am and got right to work. Every member of the crew was very polite. We recently rented our home which had really bad over grown front/ back and side yards (hadn't been mowed/ trimmed in years). It's usually a headache when finding workers for any house work. They are usually too busy to reply or they often no show. Jacob and his team is amazing, he replies so fast and came on time for our appointment. I needed him to replace my old grass to new grass and they came right on time and finish it in one day. He kept me updated with his time so I didn't have to run back and forth waiting for him. New grass looks nice, hopefully they can stay nice. He didn't install sprinkler for me but he offer to come in again to set my sprinkler for me and make sure they work fine. Called Jacobs after asking several places for yard cleaning service, and they were the most professional one. I am glad Enrique answered the phone right away, set up an appointment in a timely manner. He told me he'd stop by at 4pm. With other bad prior experiences with other company, I was only hoping he will show up after all. At around 3:40 he texted and let me know that he'd be at my door by 4:18pm! That's awesome!! That shows how responsible he is. After the initial quote we mostly use text as our way of communicating. He replies to all questions pretty promptly.
