Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I have been struggling with hair loss for many years and I also have thin gray hair! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss.
