It's really a mom and pop shop, and it shows. I get the feeling that Kim does most of the cutting. There was one other customer there, and she was taking a while longer than what Kim had anticipated, so Kim had to go back and forth between my daughter (haircut) and the other lady (perm). I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind, but I can imagine that it would be frustrating for someone else. Also, people kept coming in and asking if she had time, so she must have a solid base of clients. They are just a little bit disorganized. The haircut turned out well, btw. Not sure I would go back again though.

It is relaxing in a massage chair, a foot Jacuzzi, a heel scrub, a foot massage, and the fabulous lower leg massage at the end. I walked in and was greeted by Amy who had me take a seat. Becky was in the chair next to me. She showed me the remote control for the chair. There was a plethora of different massage settings to choose from. I told Amy that it was my first ever pedicure. She was extra careful and gentle. I am one who doesn't like my feet messed with, but this was different. I very much enjoyed it. When she was finished my feet looked and felt great. As did my legs. She had this gel stuff that she applied to my calves and shins for a lower leg massage. It was great. I asked Becky from now on to book me too every time she makes an appointment. For women or men. I highly recommend it. I was very pleased with Forever Hair and Nails.

I hate to write this review, but I want to save anyone else from having to spend money on a service they aren't happy with. In the current state of the country, spending money on yourself is something special when you've lost your income due to the pandemic. I was looking for a new hairstyle to help lift me out of a long rut, and after reading the reviews, sought out Emilee to transform my hair. I found her to be on time and very communitive. She spent time to talk about what I expected from the haircut, and looked at all the photos I had saved on my phone as examples, but at some point I realized that she was going in a different direction. In the middle of the cut, I had to stop and show her more photos and ask her questions about what her plans were. I was looking for a long layered precision cut, but she had received training in a technique that she felt was better for my hair type. When I told her I was was looking for much more off the top, she said that she could do that, but was going to use the same technique that she had used originally and it would leave the bottom of my hair very thin. At that point, I didn't feel confident that she understood my needs and I told her that I didn't want her to cut anymore off and I would go home and work with it. Bottom line is that I paid $50 for 40 minutes of work and a have a haircut I hate. Now I have to spend more money to find someone else to cut it the way I wanted in the first place. read more

I could not have lucked out anymore than when I walked in and happened to get Linda, she was between appointments and was able to take me! I got the best highlight and cut I have ever had. She gave me what I have asked every hairdresser I have seen too and has been the only one to be able to get it. Finally I have a hairdresser I can stay with!!. She didn't even have to take out one of those books with the color samples, she just knew!! She is by far the best hairdresser I have seen with color and the bonus is she didn't charge me an arm and leg!!! I am referring EVERYBODY to her. read more
