We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

Integrity ended up coming back and charging us another $2500. We still have problems. The work quality was not an issue and was performed satisfactorily. I called them to get an electrician to come out to my rental which was located 10 minutes from their office. I told them my breaker was bad, sent them a picture of it and Greg sent out one of his electricians. He told me the charge would be $480. I asked him why it was so high just to replace a breaker and he said there was a "130 dispatch fee" included in that price. Even subtracting that from the total, the cost would have been $350 which is high. In San Jose, California where I spend part of the year and is one of the most expensive places to live, I just had the same work done for $280. Why am I being charged $130 for a "dispatch fee"? This is ridiculous. All he did was answer the phone and send a guy out. No electrician that I have ever used charged a "dispatch fee". This is the ultimate in greed! Nevertheless, I agreed to the $480 since I needed to get the work done quickly. The electrician that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new breaker, found that there was a short on the back of my oven and fixed that. Total time spent was 55 minutes from the time he came to the time he left. His electrician punched numbers into his computer and came up with $516 due to the additional 5 minutes he spent looking for the short. Again, total time on the job was 55 minutes of which 5-10 minutes was spent on his computer trying to compute the bill. I called Greg and told him the price was exorbitant and greedy and asked him to give me a fairer price. He said he would talk to his worker and get back to me the next day. I waited a week and no call; I called Greg and he said he forgot but said he would talk to his worker. I called him again a few days later since I did not hear back from him, and he said he hadn't gotten to it yet. I called him 2x more, he didn't answer, I left messages for him to call me back and he never did. The price was way in excess of normal pricing, the increase for $480 to $516 was unjustified, his lack of follow-up and not returning calls was unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. Buyer beware!

The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.
