I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

we called roto rooter about our toilet being clogged…read more they told us it was a free estimate. after he inspected the toilet, he advised us that we needed a new toilet then he charged us $200. which we paid. then he got our permission to go out and buy a new toilet before we knew it, after everything was said, and done, then we owed another $325.00 the receipt didn't even explain what all the different chargers were to equal this amount of money. first, we paid $200, then later it was another $325, without anything being itemized on the invoice. we have no idea of the type of toilet he bought, or any other expenses that were incurred i believe that we totally overpaid for the services, and got taken advantage of. we would greatly appreciate getting some of our money refunded back to us, for the lack of communication, and no breakdown of the different costs on the invoice.

Ralph had to fight the badly calcified parts just to try and get to the washers. I asked if it would be too late to consider replacing the whole faucet, which they happily agreed to. Not only did he replace the faucet, he replaced the calcified-frozen inlet valves and lines as well as the drain piping under the sink at a very reasonable price. As always, professionally handled all the way, and importantly rare, both Ralph and Rita are two of the most kind and humble people I've ever met.

For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast.
