It's all about the food and how it tastes and it's very good! We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and a meat lovers pizza which they happily added sliced jalapenos to. I've had other pizzas such as their cheeseburger and T'n'F special as well as their stromboli -- the meat lovers pizza and the stromboli are my favorites. We ordered from T&F Pizza for a Birthday/Fundraiser event on Monday, Feb 17th. Donnie helped us out even though they are normally closed on Mondays. He came in to make pizza for our event! Very basic. I mean it's bread tomato paste and cheese, and you can do so much with that. But T'n'F just falls flat on its face with the most basic of an order. There are so many other local pizza places that a cheese slice is so much more then those three ingredients. But this was just extremely bland, and not even remotely exciting. I was so happy we gave these folks a try! After a long day, my friends & I really really wanted to get pizza delivered. We live off the beaten track in the town of Clinton & nobody else delivers to the area. T'n'f said "no problem" and their driver followed my complicated directions flawlessly. T'n'F has been my "old reliable" for pizza and wings for as long as I've lived in Hyde Park. Other places - some who did better - have come and gone. But I can count on them to have traditional pizza and fixings ready in a reasonable amount of time ... once I can actually phone in my order. Sometimes their line will be busy for several tries before I can get through. I've never dined in because I live nearby - it's okay, but a larger group wouldn't necessarily be comfortable, and most of the people inside are waiting for takeout anyway. Tried this place out, nice special got Large 2 topping Pizza, 2 liter & garlic bites for 20$. The pizza was good, but the garlic bites weren't that great. It's not that expensive, and doesn't take long. If you're looking for some really great N.Y. Pizza though, go elsewhere. read more

There food has gone down hill since I remember..about 5-10 years ago I'd say they're food was OK now just horrible. My boyfriend and I ordered a chicken Cesar salad with garlic bread and cheese on it. I order the same thing from here regularly, a ham and cheese hoagie with lettuce, honey mustard, and mayo. My order came, and it had another type of mustard that was not what I asked for, so I called back to see if I could get another one. Whomever I spoke to on the phone about it was very rude in my opinion. One, he spoke to me as if I were stupid, which I did not appreciate. Two, he tried to tell me that what was put on my sandwich was the honey mustard they used all the time, but then said something about a spicy brown mustard - not what I asked for. Like I said, this is the only thing that I order from here and I know what it is supposed to look and taste like, and that was not it. Unlike most of the other reviews i found this place accidentally. I usually go to naples to the left of me - tnf is to the right. Now where the pizza is better at naples than TNF the food otherwise is better at TNF than naples since i see others wanted to compare the two as theyre about a mile apart. The grilled chicken salad i had was pretty good overall. One or two pieces of chicken i thought were freezer burned but its possible it was just overcooked . The fries you cant go wrong, the subs are good the chicken parm is good the pizza itself soso unless its fresh out the oven . The owner was friendly he came out to make sure the girls took my order and told the guys to get a move on it not to keep me waiting long. The delivery driver came in while i was waiting and he was new too but seemed like a polite kid so they must have rid of the guy ppl said scammed them. The place needs a complete renovation though! Seriously people take pride in your business and upgrade the atmosphere to make it look more inviting i felt like i walked back into the 80s lol . Definitely needs to be cleaned up and painted at the least. I didnt receive a take out menu with my order that would have been nice . As for a touch of naples the pizza is great but they use what i call fake meatballs and the sauce with the pasta is mediocre like its from a jar . read more

I absolutely love TnF. I don't care personally for the pizza but not worth loosing a star since my family loves it. The sausage is the best sausage I've EVER had. My husband wants to note that the lasagna is his favorite. Meatballs are very good. Our favorite is the Philly cheese steak. Salads are great for the price. Never had a bad meal and you can't beat the price. Worthy of meantioned is the staff and service is beyond what I ever expect! read more
