I do not know where to start; I usually like to write positive reviews but this company was bad on almost every aspect, mostly with communication, which is essential to ensure a good job on all levels. This company was hied by my property management since they were responsible for outside repair in our complex. I first got a call from their rep to let me know they will be sending someone to do initial assessment. The lady (Mina) was nice and courteous and we set up an initial apt for Friday morning. Now this is where everything else went wrong, no exaggeration: - The person they sent showed up two days early, and luckily I happened to be home to let him in. He was friendly but did not talk much; after he was done, I had a few questions for him but realized he hardly spoke any English. We were able to do so with the help of Google translate. After he left, I called the company back letting them know that they should have given me a heads up since they ended up coming earlier, and that I needed to know when they would be starting so I can be aware. - One day, out of the blue, they showed up very early early and started work on the roof without any prior notification. I had to leave for work, and when I came back home that evening, I was shocked to see that they had removed my two skylight windows above the stairway and let all the debris fall inside my place, and went EVERYWHERE all the way to the first floor in my dining room. later met with one of the workers trying to understand why no one gave me an advance warning to take appropriate measures to minimize the mess; unfortunately, once again, I could not find a single worker who spoke English... - Another day, I wake up to the loud sound of music at 7:45am. I guess they decided it was ok to blast the music at such hour like if they were having a party. I understand noise is part of the job, but playing loud music like that is not ok. I have neighbors on both sides and behind my unit as well, and of course I had people approaching me later in the day complaining. - After two weeks of on and off work, they finally decided the job was finished, but could not tell from the amount of material they left in front of my house, and the debris (including nails) spread out in front of my house. I was not notified about the end of the job, so I waited a couple of days thinking they would show again with more work, as they had done in the past. Finally I tried to call to get some answers and to inform them about the material left behind. This time, the stopped taking my calls, letting it go to voice mail, until I called from a different number trying to know if work was finished and if so why is material left behind and nails across my driveway. The quickly took my message, promising to call, but of course that call never came... - Then AGAIN, I realize that on top of that, they never reconnected my cable which they disconnected during their work, and although I asked them nicely to make sure it gets reconnected, nothing was done, so I was left without service for another week until I finally decided to call Dish Network and do their job for them! I ended up complaining to my property mgmt. which hired them, and FORCED them to come back to pick up their mess, and remove the leftover material. I took notes and recordings of everything wrong done to support my complains and claims, and I tried every mean to have things resolved nicely, but that company does not care about customer service, and never follow up on their promises, no matter how small the and reasonable the demands are. They just wanted to do a quick job and make quick bucks and move on. They thought they could ignore me because I was not the one paying for their service, but once I talked to my property management, they moved right away, afraid to lode future contracts. I am a very respectful person and treat people nice; I even offered the workers refreshments when they started work, and all I wanted in return is to be updated and informed when anything major had to be done. Unfortunately, they lack organization or communication skills with their clients, and I cannot imagine me being the only one being treated that way, especially that I have been very patient and accommodating to what they put me through and I have never seen so many screw ups on so many levels and with so many people I dealt with; it's like their main goal is to provide terrible customer service on purpose!... YEs, it is a VERY long review, but this is how badly a job they did. Almost a nightmare on every level. I hesitated a lot before writing my review because I would rather write a nice review than a negative one, but that company showed absolutely lack of care and professionalism, and the only way to make them accountable is to educate other people and at lest let them take better measures when dealing with them IF they decide to hire them. This is simply a buyer beware message to anyone willing to take a chance with them. read more

Poor service . Don't bother with this company they can't even call you and let you know that they won't be showing up for a scheduled estimate. Save your self the time and trouble find a company that wants your business. Won't be surprise is this company ends up going under. read more

In a week and a half's time I called them twice and talked to a person, left voicemails other times, and texted them. It was the same old story every time that they would get back to me to set up an appointment to get a quote to redo my roof. They never did. If their customer service is that bad not even to set up an appointment, then I would never hire them to work on my house. read more

Called to get a bid to repair a leaky roof. They sent guys out to inspect but they never inspected anything while they were here. I'm starting to believe the reviews are paid because these Vegas contractors are super unreliable and very unprofessional. Worst service on EVERY level, from job to customer service. As soon as the "job" is done, they stop answering your calls (they screen you) and returning your calls. The Job was not completed as promised; gutters were never done, debris, including nails, were left on my driveway; they even left some of their material in front of the property and never picked them up despite several calls, until my property management made them. During their job, they left an open window where the skyline is, and let debris fall inside spreading dirt all over my dining room and stairs, and in the early morning blasted their music, waking every neighbor withing 100 feet, whom I had to deal with. Also NO ONE on the staff spoke any English, so it was impossible to communicate and they never showed up when they told me they would, just random times, which made it impossible to arrange and prep for their work. I could have covered by stairs and dining room, had I been told they were going to leave the skylights exposed during work (Made no sense to me); instead had to deal with cleaning up every day after them. When I called their office, they dodged my questions and never returned my calls when promised. They even disconnected my Cox cable connection on the roof and although I asked them nicely to make sure they reconnect it, they never did, and I ended up calling cox who were nice enough to undo the damage they did after I was left without service for a week waiting for them to respond to my calls... I normally don't like to post negative reviews for businesses, but after the horrible experience I had and the chances I gave them to rectify their mistakes and especially after reading other people's reviews, I knew I had to add my voice too and make sure nobody else falls for their deceitful practices!... Luckily they were hired by my property management so they forced their hand to come back and pick up their mess after leaving. I had to document everything, including taking videos showing the mess they left and recording the loud music they played at 7am, and took pictures of the never cleaned gutters that were supposed to be cleared as part of the job, for reference... T-n-T is the most unprofessional company I had dealt with, from workers, to office staff, to management. If you decide to give them a chance, good luck, but at least have everything in writing and DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!! read more

1 year ago, they came to our home repair our barrel tile roof. Upon inspection, i noticed that ALL the roofing/tar paper was dry -rotted. At first the company only wanted to replace sections that were leaking into our home. We had to argue and insist that ALL should be replaced, so they supposedly replaced all the roofing paper. Three weeks ago, we noticed new roof leaks. We contacted them to come service/ fix our roof. We were told they are very busy, and they get back to us. We have NOT heard from them. Not to mention the unprofessional , rude, unhelpful customer service I experienced.Problems started immediately after estimate,not having any prior roofing repairs be very careful what is written up on your estimate and know what your looking for because they will only do the work that is written up and not complete a finished job if every detail has not been specified it will be n extra charge tacked on to the bill.Trying to contact and communicate with customer service with this company was a nightmare and once in communication it was very shocking how rude and unhelpful and difficult it was to get accommodated.They look like GangBangers showing up all in one car not a work truck or construction type setting. I was told by my handyman that they were under qualified and that he had customers who had been unsatisfied with their work and experienced the same unhelpful rudeness .Well live and learn. But learn from my mistake I had to eat several thousands of dollars on my repairs. Took a chance on this company after reading the reviews and so glad I did. They came out gave the estimate. We got a couple more and the other companies were crazy high. This company was literally half the cost of the others. I owned my own roofing company in TX and knew how much the job should be. This company was right on it. They didn't take advantage of me because they see a woman. My only thing is they don't carry a 2 story ladder. So make sure you tell them you have a 2 story home. They gave me a time they were coming and were late but they did show up on the day they said they were coming and when I called to make sure they were super nice and let me know they still had me planned. I just had a small repair and it only took him like 45 minutes to do. He took pics so I can send to HOA to let them know the work was done. So glad I took a chance. They did an amazing job and very professional. read more

Mr.Lance Owens scammed me out of paying for a whole new roof when I only needed a small repair. Worse decision I ever made was trusting this company. They are only out to get your money and raise your insurance premium. I had an adjuster come out and check my roof again and some spots are open and able to leak into my addict. We used TNT to roof our house they left garbage and nails laying around everywhere. They delivered roof shingles on one day. The 2nd day only one roofer showed up he said his Co worker was not working that day due to the fact he drank to much alcohol the night before. The 3rd day both workers were there. We found beer cans in our trash after they were done. Do not hire these people they hire a bunch of drunks to work on your roof. read more

I informed him I would be getting an additional estimate and then decide who would do the roof repairs and he told me "Have a good day" and hung up. I contacted this company back in early September to get an estimate after realizing I could no longer procrastinate about getting my roof done. I am an employee of the Housing Authority and this company was recommended to me by a co-worker/friend who is a Maintenance Supervisor for the same agency. The first time I called, all I got was voicemail, so I left a message with full contact information and awaited a callback. After several days passed with no return call, I tried again. I managed to make contact with a woman that answered from what sounded like a cell phone while driving. She provided me with the estimator's cell number, so I called him directly. He scheduled an appointment to come over Saturday morning. The estimator called at least 40-45 minutes earlier than the appointment time wanting to start then. He was calling from his pickup truck and was already parked directly in front of my house! I was not ready to greet visitors yet and had to rush to get dressed. After a thorough inspection, I was shown photos and provided a verbal estimate. What struck me as odd was that I was given 2 estimates-one if the company did it, and one that was $2,000 less if I paid him directly and let him do the job himself. He promised if he did it, I'd get a lifetime warranty-just call him and he'd come fix any problems. Yeah, right, buddy. What if you die 30 minutes after completing the roof job? My warranty would go right down the drain, that's what. If that weren't enough, he promised to come back later (had other estimate appointments) and provide a WRITTEN estimate. Well, that never happened. I never heard from him, nor any representative of the company again. I decided it was their responsibility to follow-up with potential customers, not my responsibility to track them down. Needless to say, I contacted another company and the rest is history. Beware of any company whose employee is trying to undercut his employer's cost and pocket the money on his own. I wonder how much this company has lost just from this one rogue employee. read more

Let's start with the positives: Estimator seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding my roof issue. Technician that came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up after himself - great representative for the company! Price I was quoted is the price I was charged. From estimate to job completion was only 8 days (awesome). Now the negatives: Estimator was late for Tuesday appointment. After estimate, I called and gave CC for deposit and was told I would receive a scheduling call. Following Tuesday I called T-N-T (as I received no call) and was told they would be here to do the work in 2 hours (was told at estimate they'd prefer someone be home). Told them impossible to have someone home - they said would call to reschedule. Today 7:15am - had a technician arrive at my home to tell me he would be unable to do the work today and could he come back on Friday - said that would be great. Today 10:00am - Received call from office saying technicians don't schedule, office does, and they would be here in 1 hour. Let the dispatcher know that his companies customer service is horses***, and if not here by 11, to cancel service and refund my money. Obviously, the technician was here on time and am very happy with the work (of course will need to have it rain to verify satisfaction). For price and technicians, would absolutely recommend, but due to utter lack of communication not only with myself but internally within their company, had to dock them 2 stars. read more

I had originally given this company a good review after they redid my roof - I thought they did a good job. After the first rain, I had multiple leaks in the ceiling. They came out to repair it. The second rain it leaked, again they supposedly fixed it. The third and fourth rain the same problem and now I have multiple water stains on the ceiling in the family room, kitchen and bedroom. I had a consultant take a look at the roof and he said they did a horrible job with a huge amount of broken tiles. They are out once again replacing tile which should have been taken care of the first time they were here. Recommend you look anywhere but TNT Roofing for your needs. read more
