UPDATED REVIEW of Zambrano Roofing . I originally gave Brian & his dad Paulo 5 star review. They were the most honest and trustworthy roofing company I had found after speaking to many. They repaired leaks in front porch, around chimney, transition from roof to back patio, replaced back patio shingles. They did a good job, and those leaks are fixed. However, when it rained again, I found another leak in a different area. So I reached out again to ask for help in repairing. Brian quoted me a reasonable price, and said he'd get back to me to schedule that. Unfortunately, after many attempts via text and leaving messages, he is not responding. I'm really sad about it since, at this time, I can only afford to fix the leak until I get the cash do whole roof, which I was going to hire them to do. I still would recommend them because I know they also helped another neighbor I recommended them to, and they fixed her leak. read more

I recently purchased a 3,000 sf one story home with a 30 year old tile roof. It was leaking in many places and needed to be fixed before I could start any other renovations. I called 7 different roofing companies and 5 showed up. There was a $10k difference in the prices quoted. Bryan and his father Paulo walked me through everything they were going to do, how they would do it, when they would be done, and how much it would cost. They were very thorough and gave me a few more options than any of the other companies I got quotes from. They ended up removing all the tiles, replacing the flashing, replacing the valleys, replacing the batons, replacing the felt with a 30 year felt, adding some dormers, replacing the composite shingle run under the HVAC units, replacing about 100 broken tiles, and resetting the old tiles. They painted the new parts to match the old parts perfectly. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves every day, and finished the job in 10 days as promised. The roof looks brand new, and after 3 days of off and on heavy rain, not one leak. I highly recommend them and I'll be using them again for the roof on my shop. read more

I would like to say that Zambrano Roofing are the best and most reliable roofing company here 8n Vegas, after trying to get several other roofers to come by and give us a quote, we had two no shows and one showed up to give us an estimate but never followed through, I spoke to Bryan he came the next day and gave us a quote, we accepted it and within the week we were scheduled, they just finished today, it took them 2 and half days, everyday they cleaned up after themselves, the roof looks great and they added extra vents at no additional charge for us...who does that, if your getting the run around from others roofers call them you won't regret it. read more

I initially contacted my insurance agent to fix some storm damage that happened during our last big storm that we had here in Vegas. I have had State Farm for over 20 years and have never had to file a claim. I asked them to come out and see the damage so that I can have them file a claim for me. I had a company from yelp come out to give me a bid so that I knew where we stood cost-wise. He quoted me just under 5000.00. State farm then sent one of there rent an adjuster out and he told me that it was not storm damage, but old roof. My roof was replaced completely less than 10 years ago. No matter how much I argued and fought for my right to file a claim, State Farm refused. Enter Zambrano Roofing. Father and son came out and inspected the roof and said that essentially the roof was in great shape other than the tiles that had been blown off by the storm causing the leaks in my ceiling and the pine needles from the association trees that covered my roof and valleys with pine needles causing them to work improperly. The Zamrano's quoted me 1800 dollars to repair and replace. Since my deductible was 1750.00 with state farm, I decided it was worth it. They did an amazing job!!! Cleaned all the trash, replaced all the broken tiles and made sure the rest were in their proper places. Opened up the valleys and voila!!!! Of course we won't know if it leaks until it rains but Zambrano said it was in great shape and if it should happen to leak, they will come out and fix it! I highly recomend them!!!!! And stay away from State Farm!!!!! read more
