They aligned and replaced broken tiles so they said. Well last week after the rains a big leak above the living room developed. I tried phoning Kenco and after several days of me calling and the receptionist blowing me off I decided to contact Yelp again and asked for quotes. J&Y roofing called me right away, I sent them photos of the leak as requested and he stated that he could come immediately and do an inspection the next day. He was prompt and sent me detailed photos of the mistakes of the previous roofer's sloppy job and also photos identifying the issue of the leaks. That evening he sent me several detailed customized proposals along with pricing. I was impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. We set up a time for them to start with the repairs which was last Friday and finished the 2 day job as promised. They also came over later and inspected then sent me photos of the finished roof which looked beautiful.
