Worst experience i've ever had. Charged $425 dollars to get my car that was towed at my apartment complex literally less than 5 hours before. The older asian man at the front was so hostile and incredibly rude when asked if there was any payment plans available. After asking for a price breakdown he wasn't able to provide, he stormed off and didn't come back. When I went back to get my car I saw him and confronted him asking why he's so awful. He just said I had an attitude. Yeah bro I have an attitude cause it feels like i'm being robbed and you were incredibly rude. When be brought my car out he blocked me from getting in and was leaning on the open door. This dude needs to learn how to speak to women. Overall the worst experience. My daughter's car was hit and towed to this location on a Saturday @5:40pm. They're closed on Sundays, and Monday was Memorial Day, with pickups by appointment only. I learned there's an extra fee for holiday pickup, but waiting until Tuesday would cost the same due to an additional day's storage. The total to retrieve the car was $546--steep, but we had no choice. Thankfully, we called ahead and discovered the car was at their Anaheim location not Santa Ana were they told us. Upon arrival, they only allowed my daughter inside after verifying her driver's license. She couldn't find her current registration in the glovebox, and they refused to release the car despite us providing proof of insurance and past payment statements. We were stuck for 40 minutes with the AAA tow truck waiting. Fortunately, my wife found a copy of the car title, texted it to me, and they accepted it. After payment, they towed the car to the entrance for AAA to take it home. The process felt overly strict and expensive. read more

Absolutely terrible. I called their line in an effort to understand the process, and first OFF, apparently they have multiple representatives for their multiple locations- fine. Understandable. However, when getting to the physical location to actually pick up my vehicle, there was only one gentleman there who argued with us saying it was cash only. I called the representatives multiple times for clarity WHEN I WAS THERE, but it was difficult dealing with this because every time I called it was someone new. terrible employees and literally a scammm. came out while the guy was in the process of towing my boyfriends car for mistaking someone's spot for guest parking. the guy immediately had a shitty attitude, but my boyfriend TOLD HIM he'd pay to get it off right then and there and the guy said okay. he was in the process of getting my boyfriends car down, when a resident from the apartment complex came and started talking to the guy, asking if we parked in guest parking and he's not even from the area. they started going back and forth, the tow guy can't regulate his emotions and let the resident get the best of him. my boyfriend said his sisters husband who lives in the complex was coming out, we didnt say for what. he could've been helping my bf pay to get the car taken down, could've brang out a copy of my boyfriends car paperwork, anything. the towing guy didnt even ask what for, he threw a tantrum and said he's not gonna wait and he has to go because it's taking too long .. this all happened in under 10 minutes. he drove away as he was telling us the information of where to find my bf's car. sooo unprofessional! and mind u, $165 to get it taken off there. $600 to get the car back the same night, but $400 the next day?? Right away he gave me an attitude & tried to intimidate me by telling me my neice could not enter only myself, and that I Could not take pictures of my own car! This company is criminal, they engage in extortion. Most towing companies charge between $150-300 to retrieve your car. To and Mo? $546. They should be investigated. My friend was towed from Irvine, plenty if towing companies closer but security called these guys. It was the same for every customer waiting with us. They had been towed by To and Mo from far away cities. We all came to the conclusion they were offering kickbacks to security personnel who gave them the business. And crazy thing is none of us were illegally parked. We are pursuing legal action and filing a complaint with the city and BBB. read more

We went to get our belongings from our car just to get yelled at by the rude staff. We were told "shut up" and "hurry up let's go" from Maria and Sergio while getting things from my car. On 08/26/2020, a tow truck driver overheard me talking to a family member saying they better not try towing my car because it was idling in front of my parents' house. I was loading my car up and getting my 2 month old daughter in the car. The driver got out of the tow truck and said, "What did you say?" I said, "You better not tow my car and stay away from me." He went back and forth being aggressively confrontational. He finally said and I quote, "I know where you live," when I told him I was taking a picture of his license plate and reporting him. Today one of our Semi Trucks was driving on the 5 South Freeway in Los Angeles and unfortunately drove off the side of the road and needed to be pulled by a Heavy Haul tow truck... CHP called To and Mo' and they sent 2 Heavy Haul Tow Trucks for 2 hours or less... after they were done a 3rd truck arrived at scene. We got Charged 2 hours 45 minutes on 3 trucks when that was not accurate !! I got charged $2650 Dlls and should have been around $1600 I called their office and explained the situation and the answer that I was given was that if they wanted they would have sent a 4th truck and charged me more; & that I had no say on how many trucks were they to send and the amount of time needed or neither give me an explanation, that I should not worry because my insurance will reimburse me all the towing as well... I told them that I do not agree that they are taking advantage of the system and that I don't agree on the price and what I was told that if I did not pay them what they are saying they will hold the truck on scene and will not release until paid or they will tow it to their yard and charge us even more... and that I had no choice than to agree and pay !!! It's a tow yard, can't expect much. Staff here is incredibly distasteful. Nobody really knows what's going on. I asked for clarification multiple times as to what I needed in order to get my meds out of the car. They said no big deal, just do x, y, and z. I did it and guess what, now they want me to go to the Police dept and pay to get it released. HA. They are also now charging me an after-hours fee. They will drop their tow fork and latch onto your car without any prior contact. If you see them and try to talk to them, they will shake you down for money to not tow your car. My boyfriend had his car towed from my apartment so I went to this company with him and I asked very politely to the woman that works there, what spot the car got towed from because I wanted to confirm if wasn't my spot.
