Had an absolutely wonderful experience! Probably one of the best gel manicures I've ever had! My nail technician, Kim was more then willing to help me on deciding a design for my nails and even gave some ideas! I absolutely loved the outcome. I wish i can give you -5 star. After you read this review check the photo i just uploaded. My 18 years old sister went there to get a wax for her arm - check the photo for the results. They also charged her 50$ and they convinced her this is normal. It is not normal. what's normal is that you suck at your business and you have horrible customer service. I will write another review on google. People need to know how bad you are. read more

Expect a comfortable environment and many smiling faces when you walk in the door. Heeju, the owner, was so helpful and kind. The hot paraffin wax was invigorating and soothing at the same time. My hands felt silky smooth after she removed the cooling shell of moisturizing wax. One of the best parts of the whole experience was the neck and shoulder massage. It felt so good! I've been here for an underarm wax twice because it's close to home. The first time should have been the last, I wasn't super happy with the results but I figured I'd give it another try because of how close it was to my house. She complained more than once about how coarse my hair was (I'm aware, that's why I get it waxed instead of shaving, and it made me feel embarrassed to have it said repeatedly) and ended up plucking half of it on both sides which took a while and was pretty painful. Got home and there was still missed hairs, and it all started growing back a few days later. Not sure if it's the quality of wax or what, but I went to a different salon (exotic nails and spa in acton) and had no issues at all, great results. Don't come here for a wax. read more

They are very nice in the spa but their service isn't the best. For instance it is very high priced for not such a good job in the nail section. On if the workers was doing my nails and actually made me bleed and I one of the nails fell of a few days ago so I went to get them fixed and just a few minutes ago one of them fell off AGAIN and it was the nail that the worker made bleed. read more

Wow! I called last minute to schedule a pedicure and the woman that answered was so nice. I arrived, had a fantastic pedicure that included paraffin on my heels, hot stones, and a short (but fabulous) shoulder massage while my feet dried. The other clients that are having manicures were obviously regulars, and very happy. The two women working were genuinely nice. Planning to make this my new regular spot! Heeju the owner was great! Very clean, well maintained, friendly, 5 star service. The pedicure was above and beyond what is typical and I will certainly be back. They're a little hard to find on a second floor of a building, but it's a hidden gem. Now that I know it's here I will be back and spread the word! read more

By far, the best eyebrow waxing experience I've had. The proprietor was able to fit me in last-minute and was ridiculously friendly. She had about 3 months of eyebrow neglect to deal with, but she managed to thin and give perfect shape in about half the time I'm accustomed to. The waxing rooms are no-nonsense, prices are super reasonable and they have a frequent client card! So glad to have found this place! read more

There's relaxing music playing, current magazines, and I was served something to drink while getting my nails done. I will actually make time to do a spa day there more often because of the quality service, sanitation, kind professionals who work there and calming environment. I was shocked to get a hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatment to my heels and a shoulder massage along with the regular pedi services. This is all included in the price and they provided me with a hot green tea to sip as well! I highly recommend this spa! Over priced. Their pedicures are awful- I soaked my feet in water and got them painted. Manicures they don't trim the cuticle or soak. They just file your nails and dip your hands in wax and give you a bread shoulder massage. I've gone here 2-3 times and each time they seem rushed and are not meticulous. I leave each time feeling robbed. I could have done the same job at home for free. read more

The salon is very nice-the decor Is lovely and everything seems very clean. Beware of the pricing-there are no signs, you must ask before you have services (a mistake I won't make again). My daughter wanted nail art-which ended up costing an additional $20 and truthfully, didn't come out very well. Disappointing, there are several other nail salons in the area who are just as clean and are not as expensive. Truthfully, a nice paraffin bath and a one minute massage aren't worth the steep prices. read more

Great place! Clean and nice crew..very sweet. Had a classic pedicure with Mindy. Was perfect. They don't have a massage chair or whirlpool sink, but it didn't matter. Half the time the massage chairs you don't feel anyway!! For $30.00 they do it all and throw in a heel paraffin and hot stone leg massage. Then when your drying, they massage your neck! Wow! Better than the places I've been to in acton. They have many services, massages, tanning, nails. I will be back! :-) read more

I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi. I walked in on a Thurs and they were able to take me immediately. This shop is exceptionally clean. Sunny was my technician and I LOVE her!!! She was very personable and did a phenomenal job. I live 1 hour away in Manchester, NH and will make the trip every two weeks for their services. They are a little pricey compared to what I normally pay but you get what you pay for. Every pedi INCLUDES a hot stone massage, wax treatment on your heals and manis include a shoulder massage. I bought a 16 visit bed package when they first opened. I used 6 of the 16. I went yesterday and they told me they had expired after 3 months which was not mentioned when I purchased the package. Most salons when you buy a particular bed package never expires. Very disappointed in their policies. They still have the same beds that the previous owner had, very old and outdated. I would not recommend going there for tanning other places in the area have better beds cheaper packages and honor the policy if you buy 16 you get 16 even if it takes 4 years. Also the receptionist was rude and did not even want to look in the file cabinet for my paperwork. I had to ask her twice to look and she just kept saying no you have not been here lately so you are expired! read more

I give this place only 2 stars I have had better mani and pedis at the quick salons in the mall. Positives...very clean and nice atmosphere...paraffin wax on hands was nice and quick shoulder rub at end. Negatives...no massage chairs (probably why they do the shoulder rub). My gel pedi was done all backwards...no foot soak in the beginning (They said because I was doing gel polish). Quick dip at the end but the whole purpose of soaking is so your cuticles and skin will be soft and easy to remove. My feet are actually rough from the scraper they used...it removed the dead skin but nothing to smooth it out after. (what happened to good old fashioned pumice stones) and no cuticle removal. Now for the mani...no hand soak...no cuticle softener...she didn't even push my cuticles back so I have one that is uneven. No shaping of my nails I had to ask for her to file a nail down that was clearly not the same length as my other nails. Tried the powder gel..it's ok except there isn't a shiny clear top coat "look"...she did it but I needed a second coat. Also my entire experience took a little over 2 hours...too long IMO. Lastly VERY expensive...$50 for gel pedi and $40 for gel polish (this is slightly closer to average). I'll only go here if I have to but I won't be rushing back. read more
