I randomly found ToastTours in my search for a fun experience in the area for my SIL bachelorette party. And let me tell you, this was the best find. I worked closely with Kristina for weeks to coordinate the day, which included 3 wine tours and a lunch picnic, for 13 ladies. That is no easy task. Kristina was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and a treat to work with. She broke down the prices for transportation..the lunch..and tastings. On the day, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. She took care of everything. Water and cheese and crackers were provided, as well as several types of charges for phones. If it was an option to give 10 stars, I would! Lars was absolutely amazing. We used Toast Tours for a bachelorette and it was incredible from start to finish. He completely allowed us to carry on with our yelling and obnoxious singing on the bus, got us everywhere on time, made sure we had everyone, supplied waters and snacks, and was so friendly! It ended up being over 100 degrees and at 1 of the stops he even came out to deliver us cold, wet towels. Like what?!?! I am not sure where to start with how amazing Toast Tours is! From the moment you reach out, Kristina is there to plan your trip and make any accommodations you need. We weren't sure which wineries to visit, but Kristina just asked what we like to drink and took over the planning from there! My wife and I first trip to Paso Robles, we took the Hearst Castle wine tasting tour and we had a wonderful experience, Lars was outstanding he walked us through Hearst Castle and his knowledge of the Castle was amazing we were throughly impressed. We contacted them late to make reservations and Kristina was very accommodating in trying to fill our request for particular wineries. Between Kristina and Steve, our tour guide, changes were made even during the tour and the changes they suggested turned out to be two of our favorite wineries. Lars - owner - was our driver. We cannot recommend this tour company highly enough. He was knowledgeable, relaxed, and fun. By the end of the day, we invited him to be in our photos. He had a brilliant way of color-coding each person's purchases. Even though we picked the wineries, he knew all of the hosts at the various locations and had a great rapport. He was standing at the ready to carry the wine and other purchases to the car. He kept us on schedule. These people are AWESOME! Kristina was excellent at communicating every step of the way, and made our planning very easy. We had a last minute change in our driver, but it worked out great. We had Lars, who is Kristina's husband (we didn't know in advance that they are the co-owners of the company). Lars was a great tour guide - giving us a ton of information about the area and each winery we visited. We likely drove him a little batty with all of our questions, but he didn't show it! We had a group of 8 on a private 2 day wine tasting experience in Paso Robles. Kristina was awesome from start to finish. From the initial first few emails to the the last hotel drop off we were WELL taken care of! She spent a tremendous amount of time making our wine tasting appointments (we selected our own wineries). She even made dinner reservations for us and basically handled EVERY detail. The van was very cozy - with the seats facing each other. This gave our group the ability to talk and interact during the drive times. Lots of cold bottled water was available and a good cheese plate.
